I personally visited IIT Tirupati ... And the building of Acadmic Buliding 2 in which CSE lab are there it's absolutely great . Whole building is installed with AC i guess all building have fully Air conditoned , hostels are also great they have the common room in which AC are installed so you can good and peaceful night , for me Mess food basically favour south indian food .Lot of Love from IIT Mandi .
