Much respect to you Ulysses for keeping it a buck and giving the travel community the real truth. Too many misleading content creators out there so it's refreshing to see real ones out there telling the truth. I have a lot of experience traveling the world and lived in Brazil for 3 years, been all around Latin America and currently live in Guadalajara. I have a small channel but I do my best to bring the real to everyone out there. Salute to you brother .

I was thinking about going back to Cartagena but at the 1:49 mark I tried to find out about guest policies at the hotel in Bocagrande when I went there last in 2022 and they changed it to not being guest friendly. I was like ahhh that decree 003 at the end of 2023 in Cartagena destroyed it. And the way they are clamping down is not solving everything but scapegoating foreigners. That blows. But oh well got to do other things. BTW nice Miami University hat. It’s reminding me of the classic Miami Hurricanes v Florida State Seminole games. Nice. 👍. Again great job.

Great info. Even in Rio, you have to pay extra to bring someone up to your hotel room. Even for a minute, you have to pay.
