Oh wow! I never knew they were empathetic, but that explains a lot. Once a long time ago, my rabbit never cared much about me, he only cared about running around and playing with toys. But once I was really upset and let him out, and he came on the couch with me and let me cuddle him.
aww. I got my girlfriend a bunny back in 2015 and we named her Cinnabun. She was a little angel and she taught us so much. She loved being held and would follow us everywhere like a little companion. She passed away last year and it was really hard. I'll still dream about her and her silly behaviors. We now have a bonded pair named Honeybun and Cannoli and we love them very much. I think we'll have bunnies for the rest of our lives.

Me and my wife found an abandond mommy rabbit. We took her in and her 5 babies. And one baby has been taking a lot in. How ever mommy has been taking a while to understand shes no longer outside. So this video has helped a lot. Im doing my best ive never wanted a rabbit ive never had a rabbit. I have a lot to learn. Thank you cinnimom
Our bunny brownie hates pets!! 🤣😂🤣 We had him over a year and still hates being petted 😂 he licks you and shows you affection not the other way around 🤣😂🤣 our rabbit is broken lol

I just want to thank you for all these amazing videos .. we recently got a bunny (my boyfriend and I) unfortunately we had no idea what it took to care for a bunny … fortunately i was able to learn quickly from ALL your videos lol and learned the dos and don’ts .. with all your help we are working on free-roaming he’s doing great on potty training and even doing my own treats and forage for him Benito thanks you he will live a Happy healthy life with us ❤
Meh rabbit understands no like when she chews meh shoes she knows dat word cus i use it alot when she does something bad when she's bout to do something bad i sternly say no an she stops!❤

I never thought i would write a comment on something like this, but here i go. I loved this video, and it told me a lot i may already know without actually thinking about it. So thank you for this informative video about our fluffy friends!
Me and my gf have had our bunny for almost a year now. My gf is a veterinarian nurse, and they had scheduled the sweetest little boy to be put down because the former owner passed away. The clinic did everything they could to reach out to organizations to save it, but with no luck. When i came home from a skiing trip with some friends, we then made the decision to take the fluffy little guy in. And he's now a part of our family. A 6 year old happy little guy. Never thought we would get a bunny, but we both love him dearly.
My bunnies love having head and ear rubs. They know when it's treat or veggie time and get soo excited. When I come home on my lunch break I give them a treat and they're always looking forward to it.

My bun doesn't get intimidated if I stand near him. He does like to climb on my Ottoman because he wants to be the same height as me! I do however sit on the floor as much as possible.
My girlfriend and I are reaching out for guidance with our bunnies. We have a total of 7, of which two are 20 months old (two females, Sky/Midnight) and the other two are 33 months old (two males, Oreo/Smokey) and 3 are just babies, which are all female. We just brought the 3 babies home last week and the smell of the baby bunnies set off Sky. She started becoming increasingly aggressive to the point we had to put her in another cage by herself. She started attacking Midnight and even us. Sky and Midnight already had a shaky bond to begin with before the whole situation we are going through. Her and Midnight grew up as a bonded pair from babies then introduced to Oreo/Smokey, which went smoothly. We have been trying to get Sky used to the smells of the baby bunnies and trying to rebond her with Midnight, but nothing is working. She will be okay for a little bit, but then after 30 mins or less, she goes back to being aggressive. Also, Sky, Midnight, Oreo and Smokey have been spayed/neutered. Any help is appreciated and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

I appreciate this video but I had a blue hollen lop that I spent a lot of time with and he would grunt and make sounds that sounds like he was talking i would say how's it going hoggie that was his name and he would grunt and go wop wop

if ur talking about palm leaf bowls then shes talked about them multiple times! she said cinnabun loves them but that it’s more of a treat toy so she gives it to her sparingly

Hi I needed your advice. I live in a third world country where apparently we don’t have Timothy hay. My breeder says I should feed alfalfa hay and pellets to my bunny throughout, even once she’s an adult bunny. On the internet I’ve read that alfalfa hay isn’t good for adult bunnies due to the calcium content. I’m not sure what else to do. Any suggestions? I’ll be feeding her leafy greens as well of course but as hay is the main diet would I be causing my bunny harm if it’s alfalfa hay?
this is definitely a question for your vet, who’s more familiar with what’s available locally. the issue with alfalfa hay is that it is too high in calcium for adult rabbits (unless ur rabbit is an exception for some reason), so even if you don’t have timothy hay, there might be other hay types that more nutritionally similar to timothy hay.

Hi! I just got my bunny yesterday and she is so nervous and always hide (thats what the rescue lady said) ! ugh please help if you have a video or can you please make a video on how to get her more comfortable 😩
Congrats on your new bunny! Honestly, bunnies generally take a while before they start feeling safe and comfortable, probably even longer for a rescue if they came from a bad home. But especially during the first couple of weeks, the best thing you can do is just sort of leave her alone. Let her get settled, sniff around, find all the appropriate hiding spots and where the hay, veggies, and water are. If the rescue knows if she has any favorite treats you might be able to build some rapport by offering those to her.
Live your life as you normally would, get her used to your routines and she'll get used to all the house noise and racket you make. I was so worried at first about not scaring her and making noise, but she needs to get used to that.
But really just be patient. It could take a really long time. Once your bunny is comfortable you'll have such a great time with her 😊
