From what I understand it's a Princess who falls in love with a General. This angers the King so he has the General murdered and buried in an unmarked grave in a swamp. The Princess is so distraught that she kills herself and is buried in a beautiful grove. 4 of the General's Loyal Soldiers find his grave and perform a ritual to bring him back to life. Then they search for the Princess' grave. The 4 soldiers perform a last ritual, giving their lives to raise the Princess. Then the General performs the gestures to send him and his love back to the grave to be together for eternity....

It's actually Tang Dinasty and on the female part more like late Siu Dinasty. But the way dancers are dressed and the armor elements are Tang :) And yes, he's a general that died in battle and lost his loved one, being resurrected by his loyal followers, only to resurrect his love and get buried together. Eternal love !
I'm not so familiar with Chinese traditions/history/etc. 😭😭😭 But it is just stunning how he brought it in this MV

Guys...I don't think people understand the story that's being told here...so...let me enlighten you...
In the beginning, 4 loyalists gather together to do a seance to bring their master, Jackson, back from the grave...
They perform the ritual and he rises from the grave...
...then, the 4 loyalists equip Jackson with 4 pieces of enchanted armor, so that he can harness enough power to perform another ritual...
They journey through the forest, and the combined power of their spiritual energies literally cuts down trees as they pass through the forest...
Finally, they arrive at their final destination...the grave of Jackson's true love...and they begin the final ritual...
...this ritual is long and strenuous, as all five of them pour their energies into it...but, this ritual requires sacrifice...and the four loyalists give their lives to complete the ritual...
...and then, finally, with the ritual complete, Jackson's betrothed, the love of his life, is risen from the grave, and they are reunited...
...and for a short time they are joined together in blissful embrace...
...but then, the power of the ritual slowly fades...and as the enchantment fades away, both Jackson and his betrothed descend back into the afterlife, together........

That's not ninjutsu. That's Chinese martial arts. Naruto (which is what you are thinking of) was heavily inspired by Chinese martial arts movies. Watch any classic Chinese supernatural martial arts movie like "A Chinese Ghost Story" or "Encounters of the Spooky Kind" and you will see them do hand movements like that all the time to cast spells and whatnot. The general concept and choreography in this video is heavily inspired by Chinese martial arts movies.
