Lexel is great. Just practice before applying for the first time. Can be very tough to use. You don't have much work time and you absolutely need to spray it with a water/soap solution. Goes on much more like Silicone rather than Caulk. Will set super clear and gorgeous.
What’s the best way to tool/wipe lexel? I’ve been using for years and have never had great results if I needed to clean up a joint/line. I absolutely love the product don’t get me wrong. I would just like an option to cleanly wipe or tool a mistake
i know this is a bit of an older video but can this product be used on a painted concrete wall to mount acrylic laminated UHD foam storefront letters? in replacement of 100% silicone
Can you use lexel over 4200? I stripped and resealed my kayak bulkhead and it is still leaking. Can I just go over the 4200 with lexel or will I need to strip, sand, etc?
Hey man, I’ve been painting for about 5 years and I’m wanting to venture on my own. Any tips to get your first few clients and get the name out there? I just did a interior and have that same client lined up for 2 exteriors when it warms up a little bit
Ask yourself this, if you have repaired a severed 240v electric line with wire nuts and electric tape and have to burry it in a low wet area do you want to take a gamble and incase it with this stuff or do you use 100% silicone that is the longest lasting most proven caulking on the planet.
do you youtubers get a bonus everytime you say "planet"? Enough with the programming man. Anyone with two or more braincells knows we live on a flat, stationary piece of land.
I’ve been using Lexel for my mosaic work for years, and it stands up to harsh Wisconsin winters. It truly is the best.

I live in Canada and I have only recently heard of this brand. I'm looking forward to using them in the future.
Paint stores need to learn how to rotate and store chalking. I get tubes all dried out and rod won't push.

Been using Lexel since the mid 90s, Amazing stuff!
Thanks for the information. Did I miss it in the video, Is it paintable? If So, does it matter what paints can be used?

"Does a bathtub move that much"
Fill it with a 160lb person and 200 or more pounds of water.

You're right. And the flat stationary piece of land I live on just happens to be attached to a round ball flying through space.
