Seen a commercial property for sale with a house and garage on half acre land. Originally they where asking 300k last year August. This year August it as a whooping 120k and was being removed from market. The home was from 1955 and realtor knew house needed siding, all new roof, gutted inside/out and only half the wiring was updated. Why half she wouldn't answer. Well I told her I pay 80k due to land and functioning garage. Within 3 hours the owner said yup we can give it to you for 80k. They dropped the price by 40k and I knew immediately something must be seriously wrong for that to happen. I told them nevermind I would pass and go elsewhere. 80k for half acre of commercial property right on main Street. 100% fishy!

The only thing I can think of about the house is that some thing underneath it and will have to take it down and start over with the cleaning of the land in general. There could also be a pentagram or other kinds of demon rights to the property that has taken possession there
In the second episode, after "the shining" moment the mom should have given the house to Jake and moved out to live with her mom.

God is stronger than the devil. The right prayers that affirm the oneness of the god of Abraham, Yahshua and Moses can drive out any demon. I think the priest's blessing didn't work because he didn't affirm the oneness of God.
I use the st michael the archangel prayer but also the energy and strength to find within one self to cast out evil by prayer has to be mentally strong to fully cast out any evil spirit...feeding on our fear, our emotion, our energy, taking out the strength within us can not be filled with doubt (so much people forget that as well that prayer is one thing)
The only way to know for certain is to dig up to see what’s down there

I love this show but I do hate how they seem to say that only Christian beliefs matter
They have shown other faiths but it should certainly give you pause when it seems that Christianity, the holy name of Jesus, the holy crucifix have power over the demonic. Good things and true things have power over the demonic. We ultimate symbol of sacrificial love, Jesus Christ on the cross has power over sin and death and the evil and the unclean.
Any Catholic exorcist will tell you that they have atheists coming to them for help, Jews, Protestants Muslims etc
