Fenugreek and black seeds ( also known as onion seeds or kalonji seeds) are the best hair growth boosting seeds. Use them in your hair care routine for healthy hair growth. Wash your hair only with natural ingredients or with shampoo free of SLS, parabens and artificial perfumes that can damage your hair and cause hair fall.
Kindly blend the powder and strain it to make it into a fine powder or else the mask can be very sticky and the seeds can stick to the hair. If you have a finely ground powder then the mask will be smooth and easy to apply. You can add yogurt or also hair oil to make it less sticky. To wash it off, just use a mild shampoo and use a conditioner to get rid of the stickiness from the fenugreek seeds.
Shelf Life - Store the fenugreek and black seeds powder in a dry place for 2-3 months. Store the hair oil for upto a month. U can store the hair spray in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days and then make it fresh. The hair mask should be made fresh everytime you use it.

I have used both of these seeds. I see a LOT of short new hairs on the top of my head now. Seeing as hair grows 1/2 to 1 inch per month, it will take a long while for it to grow long. It is healthy, shiny and does not fall out anymore.

Apple cider vinegar is great for itchy scalp!!
Stop the sulfates, and if you're using very hydrating conditioner, don't forget to clarify every 3-4 weeks, use a scalp massager to wash your shampoo and maybe even use a pure Aloe vera mask directly on the acne.. Hope you find anything to help you.. Take care

This regimen worked for my hair thickening journey:
1. Stinging Nettle Leaf Tea 2x a day to detox your liver from hormone residue
2. Taoist Soap Bar for Hair and Scalp/Skin - stops inflammation, stimulates hair growth, stops further falling out
3. Head Massage with hands/fingers for 15-20 minutes everyday (i just put on a Netflix show and do it to kill time).
4. Collagen Peptides Powder (or just sometimes called collagen powder) - taken at least 2 times a day.
This alone gave me more results then I have with any single method.

I usually use 1tsp fenugreek soaked in 1 cup water overnight and I spray in my hair almost daily for about a week. I might try this with grape seed or another oil. My hair HATES coconut oil. This was nice to watch.
You are the only one (besides me) from whom i have heard coconut oil doesn't suit their hair, and i am very happy to know that, i felt alone in this conquest.

Maybe it hates the virgin coconut oil. Why don't you try out fractionated coconut oil 😌. It might work because it doesn't have as much protein as the virgin coconut oil.

I’ve been applying black seed oil to my scalp for the past 4 months and noticed some regrowth, stronger hair and way less hair fall.
Natural remedies take longer to bring back new hairs but it is working.
it will take another 6 months I think to see better results.
I also do derma rolling once a week and I shampoo my hair twice a week with a coal tar shampoo to control dandruff and psoriasis.

@@rupamishra4840 it’s not as strong as finasteride or rogaine 5%. But I started using rosemary oil + peppermint oil now once a day on my scalp. There was a study online that said it’s as effective as rogaine.
