Thanks for watching Jeremy! At the end of the day, it’s all great fun and finding a real guitar in real life makes it’s all better.. appreciate the kind words…
I do feel a little foolish now in hindsight... Of course I did buy two player series Telecasters when they were $679 so not that big an expenditure, but I own THREE Squier Strats now, that are every bit as good as the MIM guitars fit and finish wise, and honestly the stock pickups sound better than most MIM guitars I have played from the last 5-7 years. Literally half the price! Also, the cheapest of the cheap guitars from Amazon are actually acceptable quality, and sound amazing for $200, and sometimes less. They play well!!! And yes I am old enough to remember when low priced new guitars were horrid junk....
I’ve bought two classic vibes this year - a Strat and tele. For like 300 you get a monster guitar but on the other side I bought a mim tele Nashville for 850. Now that one I feel dumb on, but it plays so good and sounds great, that I went back and bought it. A good guitar doesn’t need a high price point. There’s TH-cam guys lights will tell you otherwise. A good guitar is a good guitar. Thanks gif the comment!
This is a great video! I agree on so many points. Used guitars are always better.
