Godo, I grew up knowing this man @ Ajileye Street Bariga whilst working with Sunny Ade may his soul rest in peace 🙏
Confirm You rep....I grew up knowing him too infact most of KSA band members stays at Ajileye street off Osifolarin..I remembered when we use to walk down the street from my own street Adunni street off Ilaje road down through idowu street to link KSA Ajileye to Ebute where we do swim inside smelling lagoon. Oga ooo I know literally all KSA sons and daughters living in bariga as at that time Segun, Kunle, Folarin(Female) etc. Indomie people can't understand BarigaHood
Anyone in the entertainment industry should plan for themselves while still active. The popularity of an artist's peak period could go a long way in helping the much distant future of same artists
Lagbara Olorun oba! Emi ati eyin ani tewo gba owo lbanuje o.... Amin 🙏🙏🙏
Kudos Ejire Oyinla, Konibaje I appreciate you always. Kudos to the crew members.

Baba Godo don't tell lies. Baba Sunny is just one year older than him. I once lived with him at Iyana-school, Ketu. Baba oni Rasaki, RIP.
So sad,i share this interview to one of his son on Facebook.
It doesn't matter how much you earned. If you don't plan, you will suffer. I was a messenger in an office in Lagos earning N30.00 per month with primary school leaving certificate. I had the intention to further my education to secondary education. Of the N30 a month salary l earned l saved N15 per month for 3 years. In 1977, I gained an admission into secondary school. Sat for WAEC in 1982. Earned my first degree in London. Thank God for the journey in life, I am comfortable with houses in the UK and Nigeria. It doesn't matter how much earn, you must plan towards your future, don't blame employers.
Oro nla! Eku lakaye sir!
Baba yii jyrate gan ooo, full of experience.
Thanks for watching!

STOP PRESS: We just confirmed from a reliable source that Baba Saliu Lawal, aka Baba Godo passed on some months ago. Ki Olorun te won si afefe rere. May God be with his family.
Baba godo my best friend we talk Day by day rest in peace
Eiya
Awww May his soul find rest. Hmmm this KSA is a shrewd man sha . Kilode !
Amen.
Shrewd or not, Shrewd, you don't have an idea what KSA had gone through, forming a company and managing band members, packers, drivers, dancers and buying equipment and administrative staff, etc etc
Am s die hard fan of KSA from 5 years old, nevertheless the way KSA always treat his crew members just too bad. Ki lo de?No reason to justify this wickedness....
Ejire, nice interview but intertervie Wis complete with date..we didn't know his age, year he joined KSA,year he left..you keep omitting their important part of interview..its watered down most of your great interview. session .pls take note
Thanks for the observations. Noted

Remember we're not sure of the year. So, 10k could be really good money. Baba said so too that at the month end, he couldn't finish the 10k

Thanks for watching!
More volume sir !
Noted! Thanks for watching!
Godomisin!!! RIP
Thanks for watching!
Emi beru agba o !
Sooo sad! Why is it that it's same story with all former KSA employees? But a lesson, let's save for the raining days when we're still strong particularly on shelter. I pity this Baba Godo. RIP
Not only KSA, it's normal with every worker that retires from both public and private sectors. Once the monthly payment seizes, things no longer be the same.Pensioners too don't get paid, despite the fact that it was deducted from their monthly payments for old age. (God dey)
KSA is no longer making money like before, he has retired too. so it's all round.
@@toyinshopeju2530 wo told u ksa has retired
@@abayomigbemisola6001 we don't need a sooth sayer to tell us this....the last time I checked, he's no longer doing rigorous jobs like when he was younger, he no longer travel out to play for fans like before or release albums half yearly, annually or go to ariya night club.
What he's now doing is "keeping the job alive".
This is not about ksa , it is the system of the country.
If you work in the entertainment industry, you are on your own.
If you don’t have any plans and help from God while you are growing older, it’s always the same story.
Only handful of people have sustainable leverage at old age.
God help those who are active now in the entertainment world to please think and plan for the time when they will have no strength to do what they use to do.
Finally, they should please train their children in education, trade or vocational .
Thanks for watching!
Ara awon idi pataki ti mo se faramo ki ile yooba dawa niyen
A seése pelu ase Olorun Oba 🙏
Ase Edumare Oba to laye atorun o ❤
Supported, but with abiding constitution.
Quite an age sir ! Eku ise takun takun sir.
Thanks for watching!
I'm sorry, sunny Ade needs to be nice to his former members, at least, no pension no anything what kind of wickedness is that.
Thanks for watching!
In my opinion, any employees who misplaced priorities are certain to face a bleak future. Don't blame employers
