Hi @bcakesb4166 . Thanks for the comment. We know the audio wasn't so great - it was an impromptu video so we didn't have our microphones set up. But we thought it was still pretty interesting and we just wanted to share with everyone. Anything we cut away goes right in our compost pile. We'll generally let it dry out for a little bit so it's easier to shred. That helps it break down in the compost pile quicker.
