Location: The resort is located just 1 km before Mukki gate, near the scenic Banjar river amidst the lush green Sal trees of Kanha jungle which makes it the best place to stay if you are visiting Kanha from Mukki.
Resort: The resort is family friendly with kid friendly activities, home style food, spacious rooms and beautiful, green outdoor areas. You can get an idea of the lunch and dinner menu in the video. They have different rooms like AC Room, AC Deluxe room and AC River View room.
Safaris: We did a Canter Safari and a Buffer zone Safari. Details of both safaris are in the video along with the packed breakfast that MPT Safari Lodge gave us for the morning Safari.
Things to do: Baiga Haat is a great place to visit near Mukki gate and encourage local tribes by shopping for handmade products. Mukki Nature Trail and Canopy Walk alongside Banjar river are the biggest attractions of Kanha Safari Lodge and free for their guests.

Donot forget to visit Mata Mahakali temple just 700meters before safari lodge on main road where very often tiger used to come in night hours when village had lesser population and no of resorts were very less in Navratri last year tiger was seen near matas temple wishes of no of people are fullfilled by grace of mata

Hi, we are planning to visit in Oct last week 24-28 Oct. Any idea when the online safari booking for Oct generally start? Based on last year is it possible to say?

National Parks in MP usually re-open on 1st October. If the monsoon is heavy and delayed, sometimes park opening date is extended to October 15.
Usually, Online Safari bookings for MP Tiger reserves starts from 29th August. Be sure to book as soon as possible because you are planning in Diwali vacations I guess and bookings fill up quickly. We couldn't find jeep safaris during that time. So we had to do one canter (core zone) and one jeep (buffer zone) safari.
