Foolio was pronounced dead at 4:40 by the paramedics. It wasnt actually announced until multiple hours later because next of kin needs to be notified before it can go public (his mother). So Ace saying he got a call at 5am isnt something he should have known at that time. Only way he would know is if he did it or if someone he knew did it and called him.
