About a month or so later she was given a voice for the UTAU software. So yes, she is an UTAU. And that song is a fanmade song, it doesn't change the fact that she is an UTAU. She would only be a Vocaloid should she be given a Vocaloid voicebank, which is very unlikely due to both licensing problems and the UTAU fandom.

I really don't see why people bother with UTAU when Vocaloid quality is so much better. Also how can you even keep up with UTAU? There are like a million. There is no way that ANY UTAU can ever compare to V3.
