It may have taken little to no time, if he just has a bunch of mods he made in the past or other people made in the past, so then he just puts them together and slaps a new logo and name on it, it would be cool if you ordered from the same guy with the same-ish requests and saw if it was similar if you did it on a new account with a new name for the client. (if that makes any sense at all)

Btw the way the fiverr guy made this was just skidding from a client called CM and then changing the title screen backround and starting logo (which takes around 2 minutes) and didnt even bother to animate the backround correctly. Anyone can do that it doesnt require any coding knowledge at all. Hence why the client is just really generic with no actual "balls" branding, bc the fivver guy didnt even want to spend a couple minutes editing the clients mod gui's xd

Literally copy paste clients for 15 bucks. He didnt even bother animating the background because he didnt code it before and didnt bother coding it now.. IF he even did the client by himself and not just swap assets from a different one.
