Thank You very much for all the Walking Tours in Singapore! I am a big fan and love seeing Singapore as always through your videos! Really miss travelling to Singapore 😔These videos help me re-connect to this wonderful place in the world. Eunos is one classy place!
Glad you like them Koshal 😊 Comments like yours really do keep me going. The neighbourhood really don't do as well as the city centre ones but I will always find a reason to visit the neighbourhoods to film as much as possible.
@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV Thank You for taking the time to reply back 😃Yes the City Centre Walks are also good but I simply love the Neighbourhood walks as it shows the Country from a different point-of-view. You explore a lot of nice neighbourhoods so please keep going! 😁
Thanks man , you make me feel like in Singapore . I’m from Indonesia and i miss Singapore so much . Hahahha . Keep makin’ video like this ! I really Appreciate it
Thank you, Alan. It's always nice to see Eunos. Used to travel to this station before taking a bus home to Hougang. Lots of memories here. Love the retro feels in this neighbourhood.

I only recently discovered your channel, and have been watching a few of your videos with interest to see areas in Singapore during COVID. I can say that the residents there are overall very compliant and cooperative with the public health measures compared to Australia where many more don't follow the restrictions. Within a few hours, they can even organise energetic "street parties" that end up having "vigorous dancing" with the police. Singapore is able to recover quickly after an outbreak without troublemakers.
@@jeremychua76 Beautiful city. One of my last trips of 2019 was to Australia. Spent 3 weeks total with 1 week in Melbourne. My 2nd visit to the city. Love the windy and cold weather. Good memories
Thank You for the vlogs. Is there anyway you can do a video like if we are tourists coming TO Singapore from airport or the cruise terminals. How to get on trains or subways? Options to get into city from those areas. Just an idea maybe on your spare time. Thank you!
Will be a bit challenging filming this especially if it involves the mrt. I got stopped a couple of times filming at the mrt. That said I will perhaps try to put some directions next time if I happen to be filming at the airport
Thanks for the feedback Patrick. Could you give a few timestamps of locations or buildings in this video that might be of interest to you to know more? Once I understand what could be interesting, I will do my best to put in more info in the captions
AT 4:43....You are able to see a large field including a plot of grass surronded by drains, these drains used to be the confines of a previous seafood market that burnt to the ground in the 90s.
@@DiscoveryWalkingToursTV yep, they were relocated to the seafood market that now stands near the main road next to the MRT station, that seafood market you show at the start of video.
Eunos looks overall so dreary and rundown.. and despite being just one stop from the high profile Paya Lebar precinct I'm almost certain its star won't shine half as bright even with the new condo across the road. Not sure why I've never really fancied Eunos nor thought highly of it as as estate. Perhaps its the age of the HDBs, or the resident demographic, or the poorly maintained shophouses that are home to a wide variety of "chapalang" stores, or the fact that extremely busy roads (Sims Ave and Changi Rd) ply right through the heart of Eunos. The only thing that somewhat excites me is the food in that hawker centre!! :)))
I hear you. I always thought that green patch of land in front of the mrt is a wasted opportunity. The area will do well once the newer residential buildings pop up and with it comes the younger demography to drive the economy of the place.
@@rezapev I actually tried walking into Singapore Polytechnic (which is next to Dover MRT) but due to the covid situation, visitors need to have a reason to go into the school. So unfortunately filming in the area can't be done for the time being
