Do you think Kpop Idol can sing in 5 different languages?
Today BXB's main vocal came on set and tried the challange, how well did he do?
Hello and Hej it's Sofia from Sweden! 🥰I was so impressed with Hamin singing in Swedish and how quickly he snapped up the different languages. Lots of well wishes from Sweden to BXB. 💗
Hej! I love your country!
Hej Sofia!

Finnish should be quite easy to pronounce for Koreans because we have words that sounds pretty much exactly the same as Korean words, but means different things. Also we have double letters just like in Korean language 😅
For example:
In Korean "문" (mun) means "door". In spoken Finnish "mun" means "my or mine". Also there's "수까" (sukka), which means "to stir or mix". In Finnish "sukka" is "a sock".
Also we pronounce things as they're written down. There's no silent letters or anything unnecessary, so it's easy as long as you know how to pronounce the letters in Finnish way 😎
Double letters appear in European countries as well. The Korean language is completely different to finnish.
@@butterflies655 They are talking about pronunciation and are totally correct.
Wait, what? I didn't know that. Thanks for letting me know. Korean should be easy then, I guess...
@@butterflies655 We are talking about pronunciation here, not the vocabulary. Structurally Korean is NOT totally different from Finnish, because they are both agglutative languages. So Finnish and Korean are structurally closer to each other than Finnish is with Germanic, Slavic or Latin languages.
@@kpt002 That is quite a stretch. Basically all languages fall morphologically in one of the four categories - agglutinative synthetic languages, fusional synthetic languages, analytic languages and isolating languages. Having similar morphology does not mean the languages are close to each other. In fact the morphology of languages tends to drift over time in that order - from agglutinative to fusional, nothing makes sense anymore, so the word-to-morpheme ratio starts to decline and you end up with analytic language, then isolating, then things get boring and you start drifting towards agglutination and so on.
For example English and Danish are analytic languages but German and Icelandic are fusional languages. On the other hand Hmong is analytic language and Arabic is fusional language. However you would never claim that English is closer to Hmong than German or that German is closer to Arabic than English.
His swedish singing was SO good!! He pronounced it so naturally I was shocked!
should try some SJ words hehe
@@Belnick6666 "Sju sköna sjuksköterskor skötte sju sjösjuka sjömän på (det sjunkande) skeppet Shanghai..." Ohhhh that would be _evil,_ haha!! When I had a school trip to France as a young teen, I got my whole French host family to try to say it at the dinner table! It was amazing, lmao!! (Translation = "Seven fair nurses tended to seven seasick sailors on the (sinking) ship Shanghai")
(Forgot to add this part! Haha :D)
Or maybe "Sex laxar i en laxask"? (Translation = "Six salmons in a salmon-box") hahah
Omg I know right!
I find them to be kinda similar. Like similar sound difference, idk how to say it. But if u say a korean word in an english accemt then ur saying it wrong but if u say it in a swedish accent then u are probably quite correct 🙃
@@pelleonore1795 That's interesting! I find somehow that pronouncing Japanese words feels easier as a Swede, compared to what I've seen of English friends and people online. It just feels like the vowels and consonants are more "basic" and similar in that basicness, meanwhile eg. English and French have a lot of "flourish" to their "basic" sounds, which is very pretty, but likely harder to undo? I should ask my sibling, he studies 8 languages and has taken courses specifically on general language-learning, so he'd probably be able to know the right fancy words for pronunciation differences!
Beautiful pronunciation in Polish. Congratulations Hamin!
As a Dane/person from Denmark he did really well with the Danish pronunciation❤️❤️
Hej, i love your country
Var dog lidt trist at han ikke skulle sige noget ord med æ,ø eller å😭
@@diananielsen7496 fr, det havde været så sjovt

Bardzo ładnie mu poszło po polsku każdy Polak zrozumiałby bez problemu co zaśpiewał 😊
Hamins swedish was soooo good ! i was really impressed how he also learned the other languages as well! i love their performanse as well! thank you BXB today you got a new fan today! ❤ Much love to you !

I’m surprised of your Danish (I’m Danish)
You learned it really quick good job keep going man 🎉

As a Swede, the Norwegian singing sounded I think alright too?! Even though it got so long and confusing I think he only missed a word that didn't change the meaning of the sentence? He didn't give up towards the end of the long sentence, either, even though he was clearly laughing shyly about his attempt at that point and I personally probably would have given up or forgot some syllables by then!
ja he did great! he made a tiny mistake but it’s basically not noticeable! and he did great overall too
Im a norwigan hei
Impressive skills BXB, your multilingual talent shines! 🌟🎵
I love this idea! Hope you can do this to other idols as well.
He did so well!!♡ (love from Denmark 🇩🇰)

STAN BXB, THANK YOU SO MUCH! MY BOYS HAMIN, HYUNWOO, SIWOO, JUHUN ARE SO AMAZING AND HANDSOME, I LOVE THEM, FIGHTING ♡♡♡♡
Wow! I'm amazed how good you are at pronouncing the different sounds so quickly 😲😲 All the vowels and different r's etc. Really impressive!! And you sang beautiful as well. Love korean music. So...feely 🥰
Im so happy that Norway wasnt left out! Im from Norway and i really like when someone includes Norway, and im also amazed you sang Norwegian
I'm so impressed he managed to do all the parts after each other as well as he did 🤩🤩 This dude is seriously musical 💜💜
Wow the swedish part 👍🏻 the pronunciation was really good!
Very intresting challage would love to see more of it!!
nice challenge, nice episode...what could possibly go wrong?
meanwhile Poland:
tak zwaliłem, jeśli cię nie będzie 🔞🤣
'tak zawalę' would fit better (zAWalić - messed up smth but ur version says zWAlić - a slang world in this exact sentence). Anyway, I upvote cuz lmao
😬😬😬
Yeah I was wondering wtf is with "zwalić" in this sentence
🎤🌍 Love the multilingual talent, keep it up! 🌟👏
it was beautifully sung in all languages. And I think the song "My Cat That Dance Tango" sounded super good in Korean too! Really nice, keep up the good work.
never heard of BxB, but that song was a banger! and you sang the danish part so good! Hello from Denmark 🇩🇰
Good job Hamin! Amazing pronunciation in Polish!
Your voice is so soothing 💜
He pronounced finnish one so well
Aijaa. Mua ärsytti ihan sikana kun se ei ollutkaan yhtään hankala ääntää vaan se vaan sano sen lauseen ilman mitään ongelmaa 😂😅❤

In the Finnish part, it actually went so well except for that he said it a bit too much like "shina", not "sinua" But it doesn't matter because it's still easy for Finns to understand :)
He actually had a good pronounciation for Danish :0 good job!
Edit: they have the turbo song? :0 whuuuutttt alright alright
Wow, Hamin is a quick learner! His pronounciation was insanely good. If he committed to one, I could definitely see him speak one of the languages in no time
They have gotten a new fan that will follow all the way
I'm so proud of U Hamin u were so amazing at singing in the language i can say for you in danish which I speaker that you sang so well and amazing I could understand ever word you sang you did amazing love! ❤💖

As a Dane this is amazing so talented!
I’ve missed my boys since Trcng disbanded. So glad Hamin had a chance to sing today!
Keep going i like that Sweden because i learn that in school❤
It would have been easier to take a Disney song or something like that that is already translated in all of the languages and wording is fitted "poetically" to the notes already.. :/
That would interesting to see a such a talented artist as he is, to get into ready made song but with many many people helping with the pronunciation of their native languages.
It's so cool those videos where they sing in a lot o languages, you could try them singing in Romance languages too
Great job with the Swedish!
I was literally confused with all the flags 😅 except polish one 🇵🇱
Just want to inform you that I wrote this comment to point out the translation but do not mean that it was wrong in this situation
The Swedish translation here is wrong. Directly translated: You're the reason I believe in love is : Du är anledningen till att jag tror på kärlek. She forgot the reason part. She said : Du får mig att tro på kärlek , is a simpler version. Translated : You make me believe in love. I guess its kind off the same anyway
Very good singing by the way
Yeah she stylized it to fit easier! I'd probably have said "Du är varför jag tror på kärlek" ("You are why I believe in love") as saying the word for "the reason" is 4 syllables in swedish 😅 "anledningen" (an-le-dning-en)
.... honestly, her translating it to something as short and simple as possible, while still conveying the meaning of the sentence, was a really kind and considerate move. 😭🫶 it's hard enough as is + is being recorded
@@sugoish9461 Wasn't that what I wrote? That she translated a lighter version. However, as a native Swede, my first thought was mistranslated.
Of course it was good, didn't write that her translation was bad, just correcting the grammar. If you write music, you usually want it in a simpler sentence as well
@@teza2922 Ah did my comments come off as hostile? That's really not what I meant, so sorry if I did. I don't disagree with what you wrote (except maybe specifically calling a translation "wrong"). I hope you have a nice day!
he so precious
Éstos tienen unas voces increíbles y unas personalidades que me encantan... Espero verlos crecer y brillar como se merecen... ❤❤❤
Lol I kept confusing two versions of the Polish translation😜 it was fun filming this episode:)
Hello and Hei, It's Lea and im from Norway! I was so impressdem in him singing in Norwegian!❤❤
YESSS❤ I LOVE THE SINGING
Wow du var super bra på svenska 😆 jag kan inte norska så bra men snyggt 🎉
Hello! A guy from Norway here, Hamin was good, first try on Norwegian, that accent is good!, good try.
omg i love his hair. its too cute. he is like a little strawberry boy
For me the translation for Polish is weird.
The first part - ,,Tak zwaliłem" sounds weird.
I know it's hard to translate to another language and fit it with music and rhytme, but still...
He sing about his masturbation in Polish.
Yeah I can't believe a native Pole said that without cringing. I'd translate it as something similar to 'nie dam rady jeśli tu nie będziesz'
@@shion3948 near. But there is better form. Polish is very complicated. :) "Nie dam rady jeśli Cię tu nie będzie". :) Cheers from Poland.

Thats so sweet of you in sweden it takes pratice to sing english songs in sweden im a sweden person who moved in england and im still in England ive been in england for 4 years and i missed sweden🇸🇪 alot and i forgot how to speak in swedish🗣️ and i miss my freidns in sweden and my mom⚰️ who passed away when i was 6 years old 2021 7th or 2nd January or February! And im now 9 years old in 4th grader😢 and im a girl
I'm sorry, but did they say that Black Cat Nero was originally a _Danish_ song??? As far as I know, the song used to be an old Italian children's song from like the 1960's, that Turbo did a korean remake of back when they were first active (so, like, the 1990's). And later on ATEEZ also did a remake of the Turbo version, and later on another version together with Kim Jongkook of Turbo since it was made for his Immortal Song episode. I tried searching up the origin, but that's as far as I could find with a quick google search.
Did the Polish girl do the translation? Because the word 'zwaliłem' is mainly used when talking about masturbation
niekoniecznie, zwaliłem coś znaczy zepsułem
@@niobezdrewna no to mówię że mainly

im surprised how well he spoke finnish!!! this was so much fun to watch
Really impressive presentation especially the Swedish part sounded really good. He did well on the Norwegian as well the second time, the danish were pretty good as well, but kind of a boring part of the song to translate. But in all 3 Scandinavian languages, I could understand what he was singing. I don't speak Polish or Finnish.
