Biometric Device not Showing in Device Manager

a very clear instruction video, but didn't fix my problem yet.. turns out i just had to do the specific biometric update hahah;
settings > windows update > advanced options > optional updates > driver updates > then select the biometric one and click 'dowload & install'

Keep watching videos. Mine worked after many tries. And follow every step from different videos. You should also install drivers for the fingerprint
