Hello everyone. Today, I will be using a popular massage tool on this channel, the silver roller, to relieve your fatigue and lead you to sleep.
It's a wonder that listening to the tick-tock sound of the silver roller makes you sleepy.
The tip of the silver roller was used to press Acuypoints on the neck and shoulders, and the roller part was used to relax them.
I would be happy if you could feel like you are getting a massage and relax with me.

that probably stems from your posture when your stressed, focus on straightening your back especially during those stressful times to see if that alleviates any pain
I think the reason shoulder massages feel relieving is that upper back and neck muscles are usually under tension throughout our daily lives, and most of us have a hard time posturing ourselves probably, so these muscle groups end up taking the toll.
While it's hard to completely get rid of this pain, strengthening your back and chest muscles with exercise is the best solution. We're supposed to be exercising anyways, regardless of this
