Who is this teacher?! She causes stress among the listeners too! What's the need to run? I bet the kids would be relaxed and would perform better if they were encouraged in a better fashion.

Run run run...she can't even wait for the student to stand in the middle of the stage. Strange!

She's good... But after every sentence, we sense a struggle for the next sentence. Which is understandable bcoz she literally ran up the stage

Instead of asking participants to run to stage, she should be on stage and then give the topic. Useless host!

Akanksha Singh for this you need to have alot of matter....that you'll have when you've studied a lot of stuff and listened to news channels their debate and observed everything around you because they will not give you sth which is out of the world......the more you study the more you'll be able to relate your study to the point you 've been given

I think that they have been informed earlier (at least half hour before) about all topics names in the pond out which any one they have to take out & speak. No one in this world can speak on any topic suddenly like this. Though group discussion are different where we speak Within no time. But public speaking is not like that.

Because they shouldn't get time to think and plan their speech.Usually in our schools a few minutes are given.
