I have literally tried heel clicks three times, and 2/3 times I have smashed the heel of the shoe into my ankle 🤣 I’m currently nursing this most recent injury. I think I need a crash course in step-by-step heel clicks because my heel is wanting so badly to make contact with my ankle 😭

That's great to hear! Heel clicks take a lot of time and practice to get the "feel" of it. Be patient with it, and it'll be sure to come 😊

That's the most difficult part of it! Intentionally colliding your one foot with the other, when your brain tells you not to!
