The culture is the epitome of modern slavery. 88% of the residents are foreign workers and they take their passports when they arrive. Domestic workers are often beaten and raped and they have little to no recourse because their bosses have their passports and they can't leave unless they allow it It's a horrible place full of horrible people.

I am 17 years old and i have been going to the gym every day the amount of progress i have made really amazes me So i say to you please don't stop after the struggle it's going to be worth it don't do workout just to get girls We don't do that to impress them be strong gentlemen i am not as expereinced as Jessie or other legends So i may won't motivate you but those guys will.
You are good at motivating. I too have been hitting the gym, i started when i was 14 and now i'm 21. I have a good physique with relatively low fat, decent muscle mass and strength. Not gonna, i have made fitness mistakes i'm not at Jesse's level either. But i only compete with my self. Think of it as you are trying to get the best version of yourself. Ngl, thinking of girls while i'm working out does motivate me a lot though. Keep the good work going!
