- After a long trip through Argentina along "Ruta Nacional 40" we finally found it's end where everthing ends. A place that feels like nowhere else - kind of primarily.
The southernmost part of South America called "Tierra del Fuego" belongs half to Chile and half to Argentina and includes the beautifull Beagle Channel.
This film was shot in the Argentinian part with it's southernmost city in the world Ushuaia and tries to reflect our view of this great island.

In the national park there are some hiking peoples, but offen you are alone. The hole region and it's main city Usuaja isn't that crowded like other Region, for example Torres del Paine. One of rhe best places we've ever seen.❤

Hello, I noticed that you were using a carrier baby bag. I want to ask you if you get charged for travel with it on the plane. and what trekking routes in Ushuaia and Chalten do you not recommend or recommend doing with the baby carrier bag. Hey Mrgafa, you have pretty good eyes :)
We used the Deuter Kid Comfort 3 - because we needed it as a normal back pack, too (it has many space for stuff). So therefore that was the backpack my wife was carrying and we checked it in as one of our normal bags (no extra fee).
We have travelled the same routes than we would have done without the Kids. There was absolutely nothing what we have had to quit. But we have not tried the peaks, for hiking it is perfect but not for climbing - you can do everything you would do with a big backpack, too.
The hole area is completly worth it, rough, unique and totaly breathtaking. You should do it under all circumstances! Please let me know, how it was :)

That is an important recommendation to avoid extra fees with the bay carrier bag, and on top of that to feel encouraged to buy a camera and go to enjoy with the baby and create some good memories for them which can inspire them when they grow. The feeling that I got when I watch this video is "I have to do this with my wife and daughter" :) 😀

Amazing video, what camera are you using?
The whole film was shot with the GH5 together with the lumix 14-200mm lens and all areal shots with the mavic 1. And I would still recommend this setup, because it's as tiny as possible for that kind of result. Maybe one could prefer the mavic 2 over the mavic 1... depends on your budget. Good luck❤.

Ushuaia is the "end of Argentina" only: further south there is still a large territory: Puerto Williams, Cape Horn Archipelago and Diego Ramirez Islands, all of Chile. You should have filmed in the Chilean part of Tierra del Fuego: much more beautiful, fascinating and interesting than the Argentine part: there is the crazy geography with its thousands of archipelagos, islands, fjords and canals; its glaciers that flow into the sea, and the Darwin Mountain Range, with the highest mountains in all of Tierra del Fuego.
It looks to be a place absent of any madness .. of which there is alot of, in the world presently. From the 'blink of an eye' town of Mosier, N most Oregon in the Columbia River Gorge .. a madnessless place too ! .. and as rich to the eye as your surroundings ..
It is my dream to visit Ushuaia someday. Love from Romania ❤
