  • This testimonial isn't about how Agnes' improved her eyesight by doing the work (meditation) for years. This testimonial is actually about the profound mystical experiences she had while doing the kaleidoscope and Mind Movie meditations at two recent workshops. +

    A beautiful kaleidoscope healing experience.
I resonate so much because my father, who was very creative, and would have loved Dr Joe's work, made me a beautiful kaleidoscope of my own. He made my brother a periscope.

Oh my gosh. It may be super inspiring, but I just couldn't get past 1:41 and over 30 uuuuuuuuuuhs before I had to tap out.

I played a game with my kids called "ah um". I gave them a topic and they had to talk for 60 seconds w/out saying ah or um.
To this day, the youngest is 25, neither of them use ah or um in their speech.
Perhaps she is not aware of it as it is has become a habit.
      Blessings.

It's a possibility that she has a stutter/speech blocks. I've experienced it and the uhms are a technique used as a filler to prepare you for the word you feel you will block on. Just throwing this out there. Compassion for all ♥️🙏
