- We bought the Pressure washing system from Matt, We didn't opt for the filter system as we're not a full time detail shop.
We installed it and gave it a test. We like it !

Seems like the shelf should be welded like that from the start, but I think it ships loose so that you can space the supports however you need them. According to Matt and Troy Sowers' install, the shelf fits fairly snug over the supports, so it's doubtful that it would come off even if not secured. Although if I were doing it, not having a welded, I'd probably drill a couple holes each end and use some machine screws, nuts and washers to secure the supports to the shelf.
Looks great. I really like how you spaced it out. How high up did you mount the shelf and the reel from the floor?

I’ve been eyeing Matt’s system for a while now but it’s so pricey.
I also won’t be buying the CR spotless and the piping.
Mind if I ask what did you get from him and what are the items you bought yourself? Did you get the black hose from the city water faucet to the pressure washer inlet from OG? What about the hose from the pressure washer outlet to the hose reel? How about the anti vibration clamps?

Marc Tiu I bought it all from Matt. We made the hose from the faucet to the pump and we added the 90 degree fitting from the pump. It’s pricey but it’s the best. He’s done the research figure it out for you.
nice set up. i plan on getting his set up but not the one you got. i plan on going with the kranzle 1122. also what did you use on the wheels?
What was the chemical spray for the rims that you used?

Please can you post where you got the 90 elbows used on the inlet and outlet of the Kranzle.. I have been looking but difficult to find. Please post sizes used..
Readily available on eBay. Search for "90 degree elbow 3/8 Npt." Recommend the steel elbow (vs brass), as the steel typically rated at 4000 psi, vs 1200 psi for brass. Available in M-M, F-F, or M-F.
Was that regular Adams wheels cleaner or apc combination on the wheels ?

lunytoo It wasn’t a case of figuring it out. Matt not only sells it as a ‘ All ready figured out system’ that has been tested by his own critical system...but he sells it cheaper than I could source it on my own.
what, no cutting of drywall and trying to insert blocking, hitting water lines and other such nonsense???? lololol good job, I would do it the same way. *edit* and WOW man I'm going to go ahead and say that not having any noise from a pressure washer right there by the car is probably worth the price of admission, just about.

Cody Bersick Nope. That isn’t going to fall. It’s held on with stainless bolts and 10 3.5” screws into the studs.

Jermane Hoowse Well if you don’t think pulling a trigger is easily than hooking up hoses, carrying gas on hand etc etc. Well, maybe you might want to try the cool aid 🤔. I also think Ferrari’s are junk....mainly because I can’t afford one 😉
I don't know why but just realized ur old one was gas. I like the kranzle but i think 900 is a little steep for what it is.
Jermane Hoowse It is pricey. You can get a Home Depot one is like $125 and sprays water too. But there’s a big difference in noise and quality
LHTPerformance very true but u could spend less than half the cost of Kranzle for a good quality unit. I wouldn’t go all the way down to $100.
