-Jewelcrafting Table is one (crafting jewels that compliment your play style)
-The Altar of stygian Awakening

Great video. Thanks for sharing. How did you get to level 61 before trying this boss? I have done every upgrade I can but am only 58?
I figured it out. There was a jewelry upgrade that I missed.
Did you have the scourgestone pendant equipped, instead of upgrading it to one of the level 18 pendants?
