    That shower set up is BRILLIANT!! You just solved a really important issue of how I was going to have a shower. I knew I needed a hole, but that screw on lid is what I love. Oh and FYI- If you are in a place where you cant let your grey water flow freely underneath you, there are portable grey water tanks on rollers. Slide it under your rig under that hole or you can install a hose under your rig to go right into that portable grey tank. I get why Parks dont want so many people spilling their grey water, it would kill all the grass and maybe even poison wildlife. Boon-docking is a totally different story.

    Wow. You video popped up on my watch list. When I first started watching, I was wondering if you were related to goneagain. Waalaa, and it is so. That is so neat that your whole family is into ctc. I look forward to watching your videos. I have started on my conversion of a 1995 Wells Cargo 6x12. It is all steel and in near mint condition. It is taking me a while to do this because of my physical challenges. One thing you said made so much sense; keeping it simple. When i started I had these big plans. Now I am off the mind set of simplicity and practicality. Have fun, stay safe and stay healthy.

    Cool trailer its a nice build, love the heater. I'm in the process of my own build. My friend did tell me when he was trying to get a spot to rent they refused him because his cargo trailer did not look like an rv travel trailer. It was a place that had motor homes and coaches. I thought that was not fair.

    • @SamuraiMama
      @SamuraiMama  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the resort type camp grounds like KOA will refuse trailers like ours. But the others usually have no problems and you can also get a tent site and pitch a tent but not necessarily use it. There are ways to get around it. Luckily, we have not yet run into that problem as we like to boondock.

      Hi there! Here is the link to the floor hatch www.amazon.com/dp/B00MWQ32UA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_H6FlFbM5R8VRC
      As far as how we added the drain, we cut a hole with an exacto knife, siliconed in a sink drain that we picked up from our local Ace. I've had others ask about this in more detail and it might be best if I post another brief video on the shower itself and show these things closer up. But until then, I hope this is helpful!

    • @SamuraiMama

      Hi there! It's Nu-Way. They're made in Michigan and there's a wood burning version as well. These are made for ice fishing shacks/hunting camps/work shops etc.

    Aloha SamuraiMama,
    You mention that your Stealth Trailer was "built here in Montana". I want to make sure I am looking at the same product as yours. I am looking at a Stealth Trailer website that indicates a contact address in Bristol, Indiana (www.stealthtrailer.com/contact/) - understandably - this is not the manufacturing address. The logo on the website is slightly different than the logo on your trailer. I just want to make certain I am looking at the correct manufacturer.
    Can you confirm? Also, do you recall the particular trailer model your 7x14 is? The website I am looking at have v-noses that are not squared off like yours.
    Thanks for your help! Subscribed.🤗👍
    Mahalo

      Hi there! Mine is a 2016 CargoPro Stealth Lite. I think the model name has changed since but I found this trailer that has the same features as ours and shows they are still being made in Montana. www.trailers-autos.com/default.asp?page=xInventoryDetail&id=6006652&p=1&make=stealth&ac=enclosed%7Ccargo&s=Year&d=D&vt=trailer&fr=xAllInventory#

      We bought from a dealer and custom ordered ours because we wanted the windows and vent installed and also ordered with a ramp door. I think we had a little wiggle room with the price but not much. At the time, it took about 3 weeks to get our trailer delivered.

    • @SamuraiMama
      @SamuraiMama  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When we bought it brand new with the windows installed, back in 2016, we paid about 5600. Maybe 6k. It's an all aluminum, we chose the thicker siding too.

    I feel this design is just thrown together, the shower is just absolutely awful. The hole in the floor is where I turned this off - as campers like this is why the cargo/rv community is frowned upon! As an engineer, I would really advise anyone to rethink the propane stove without the proper clearance and firewalls on the side as such, big NO NO not to mention the fact where’s the other emergency exits? Y’all were warned.

    • @SamuraiMama
      @SamuraiMama  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have a very large emergency exit, thank you! Thankfully I built this for my family and not yours. Don't watch these frowned upon videos, if you feel that way. Thank you!
