I put Roux Fanciful in after I wash and partially dry my hair. I don't rinse it out. I leave it is until I am ready to wash my hair again. It doesn't make my hair feel waited down at all. I have salt and pepper hair and I just use the color true steel or black rage to darken the front a little. I have also have mixed the two together. Love this stuff. The price is reasonable and a 15 oz. bottle lasts a long time since I mostly darken a small area in the front.
It helps to either get the moose or put the true steel in a spray bottle and spray it on combing through

how long did you leave it in before you rinsed it? did you shampoo as well or just rinsed?

After you apply on dry hair, and rinse it, you can touch up the colour a bit by applying it to your damp hair before you let your hair try. :) It'll take care of some of the unevenness. That's what I do anyways!
The only thing I can't figure out is it's REALLY drying on my hair. Yours looks so shiny and soft! Any tips for combating the dryness? Thanks!

And yes with prolonged time I found it pretty drying as well, to keep it silky smooth I applied argan oil to the mids and ends, sometimes switch it up with very little coconut oil ( if you put too much it can harden or look too oily). but that was about it! I try to avoid heat so that helps a lot too.

It is an awesome one off product for learning how to reverse gray hair fast minus the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my BF finally got great results with it.

I have a question, on the bottle it says wash hair then towel dry. Can you condition your hair as well before towel drying?
Hello! You did a great job & ur hair looks great! I really need to know one thing. My hair is gray and i want to bleach it i missed my blonde hair. Can i use the roux color rinse for one day for a change? Or is it going to stain on my hair? Thank you
Hi and thank you!, yes you can use it for a day, depending on your blonde it might stain a little bit, ( like if it's white blonde) but if not, then it should leave with one good wash with shampoo. +Mosquita Muerta la verdad que no sé por que si llegase a manchar la pared ahí si que la veo dificil de limpiar. jaja quiza con una esponja puede que sea la mejor opción pero hasta ahora he estado retocando con mis manos, pero ya siguiendo las instrucciones de la botella y es menos producto para mantenerlo asi que no es tan jodido como esta primera aplicación.

una pregunta pq se pasa con el pelo seco ? yo lo compre y en modo de uso diz que tiene que lavar el pelo para aplicar el producto todavía no lo pase pq tengo está duda .

This is a rinse plus it is a conditioner also you don’t need conditioner and if you rinse it after putting conditioner on it the color will come right out ‼️ it doesn’t dye your hair it tint’s it for one day and if you don’t wash your hair the next day it will still be on your hair because you didn’t wash it or just rinse it there is nothing to maintain with a rinse because it’s not a hair dye‼️‼️

I'm thinking of applying this to my dark brown hair only towards the bottom- if I use a good amount will it show up? I'm desperate to try silver hair but not my whole head and without bleaching!
Unfortunately silver only shows up on bleached hair and very light blonde hair. I think the only option you have for the time being is hair extensions and dye those silver and attach them so they look like they're your tips of your hair. other option is colour hair spray, you'd have to apply white first and then silver on top so it shows up but the hair will get a bit of a texture like when you apply hair spray.
Not sure if chalks will show up specially with silver but might as well try.

+Corina Luna aww pero piensalo de esta manera! tienes tiempo suficiente para conseguir todo el material para hacerlo, como el aceite de coco ( a muchos les cuesta encontrarlo! y es lo mejor para cuidar tu cabello al momento de decolorar ) al mismo tiempo puedes irle haciendo tratamientos para que este fuerte para el día de la decoloración y viendo inspiración en internet. :3 Ya que para el gris tienes que tener un rubio bien clarito! besotes!
+Nunekhiia si tengo aceite de coco .no me importa que lo cuide mucho ahora lo hago aunque mi pelo es virgen ,nunca me lo he planchado o rizado o usado el secador ..mi mama dice que estoy loca por cuidarlo tanto 😂😂😂lo bueno es que de medios a puntas lo tengo como castaño medio a claro sirve que no necesito tantas decoloraciones😃😃 y si se me maltrata ni modo me lo corto pero esque tengo muchas ganas de hacer un cambio GRACIAS POR RESPONDERME😃😃😁😁

is it effective on black or dark brown hair?
+chloe balitbit Hi, like I said in the video it only works in hair level 9 to 10, it wouldn't work on dark hair as it's a toner more than a hair dye ( that's like pale blonde)

it does! :) it lingers for a bit with light grey but eventually goes back to brassy yellow ( at least my base)

Yes! it tens to dry the hair unfortunately, like some purple shampoos! When I had it silver I combined it with moisturiser treatments and lots of conditioner that would help moisture the hair.

lovely colour, helpful tutorial, but I was wondering how often you re-applied it while you kept this colour. Did it fade over a few days or did it stay that bold bright grey until you washed it? If i were to buy a whole bottle, and re-apply as often as necessary (on blonde hair of similar length/thickness to yours) how long do you think it would last until the whole bottle was used up??

Hi! I don't wash my hair everyday so to me, it lasted for a whole week the same colour ( washing my hair twice in that week with sulfate free shampoo).
So I would re apply to keep it the same on the 3rd wash. But if you don't and have the same base as me in the video it washes off to a pretty light silver and eventually to white.
And if you use it for a long time it sort of sticks in your hair and doesn't wash out as easily as the first applications :)
The bottle lasted me for quite a while! maybe 3 months or more.
( Then again! I let it fade then refresh it and I don't wash my hair as often)

+Natalya S hi! yes! it works more like a hair toner than a hair dye, so if you want it to stay for long you gotta refresh the colour from time to time and if you want it to go away a good wash with dandruff shampoo should do it!
