The high heat setting isn't very hot at all. Use the tension level of 7 and the Heat level 2 and the girls hair will come out straight, smooth and soft.

Do you put on some kind of heat protectant first?
Yes I do add a light spray of heat protectant!
Did you use any product apart from water before blow drying?
Yes, I used it's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Conditioner Spray and a heat protectant (agave & lavender protectant serum)
