I’m only 90 seconds into the video and the way you explain things - the clarity, the pace and the packed information has been absolutely amazing already. Wanted to drop in a quick thanks! You’ve got a subscriber. Please keep publishing more!
hey thank you for the video! it was really clear and well done. I have a question though. If you're recording straight into your DAW, like Audacity, with multiple microphones through the zoom H8, do you select the multi track option, and it appears as multiple tracks in your daw?
@Liborun if you want to record on your iPhone: - to connect it to an iPhone you'll need a lightning to usb A adapter. If you want sound from your iPhone to go into the sun h8 recorder then you need a Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone cable. You'll plug the lightning side to the iPhone and the 3.5mm audio dude to the top microphone capsule on the zoom h8. Then you'll record on the microphone channel. It will take the audio from your phone that way. Hope this helps.
What's the issue you're facing? Some troubleshooting questions to ask include: - Do you have an XLR cable plugged into the BOYA BY-M1000 MICROPHONE and the Zoom H8 interface? - Is the audio set too low? - Do other microphones work with the Zoom H8 recorder? If you can give me more information about the situation, I may be able to help.

@@tomkakanis1756 you're welcome. You'll also have to set up the ability to record multiple tracks on audacity, but once you do so, it should work
