I love watching you paddle easy whitewater, its much easier to see how you pick a line than on a huge class 5 or big waterfall!

Hi Bren! I was wondering if you could make a video with some advice for me? Earlier this year I paddled the training rapids for the first time and took a really terrifying swim right at the bottom. I managed to grab the last rock on river left before being swept down Graveyard. Since then I have paddled the Lower T again, including Bala Mill Falls, but I have been really scared of doing training rapids or attempting the upper. It is to the point now that I even panicked a little bit when I saw the end of the training rapids in this video. I just want to get over my fear of this rapid and progress with white water, so I was wondering if you had any advice?
you mentioned you were planning a uk tour any idea of when and where? it'd be great to bump into you on some of our local runs up in scotland!

Sorry you took a swim. My best advice is to keep doing what your doing and work on your skills on easier stretches of water before trying it again. I also highly reccomend having a bombproof roll before going on the upper tryweryn as it is super shallow if you swim in places. Goodluck and I hope you crush your line down it soon :)
