- It's with great pleasure to share this great music with amazing cellist and friend, Dominique Beauséjour-Ostiguy.
Las cuatro estaciones porteñas is a set of four tangos that Piazzolla originally wrote for a small ensemble he led while he was in Buenos Aires.
The ensemble consisted of violin, piano, electric guitar, bass and bandoneon.
There are four tangos, which represents a different season.
Here is the Summer (Verano Porteño), arranged by none other than Sergio Assad*
*The original arrangement is transcribed for guitar and flute, and Dominique has rearranged the flute part for cello.
