Ingredients:-
Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 cup/150 g
Semolina (सूजी) - 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste (नमक) - 1 tsp
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
Citric acid/lemon juice (साइट्रिक एसिड/नींबू का सत) - 1/2 tsp
Eno (ईनो) - 1 tsp
Water (पानी) - as required
Refined oil (रिफाइंड तेल ) - 1.5 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 1 chili
Peas (मटर के दाने ) - some quantity
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Potato (आलू ) - 1 big boiled
Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - some quantity
Curry leaves (मीठा नीम/करी पत्ता ) - as per taste
Rye (राइ ) - 1/2 tsp
