I find your videos so interesting and learn so much. I never do JoJo so I was really confused thinking you had to upgrade your panning pan to steel or something 😂 never heard of the "panning upgrade" so I was confused and thought maybe this is a 1.6 thing? Nah seems like I've never heard of it because I've never gone the JoJo route LOL
The first one sort of I had a plan at the start and I made a plan for each day Also I'm not sure I reset many days at all, the route was able to survive one thing taking two days longer than expected and another one day late, so half of it is flexibility and having room to change plans
One thing I've found helps (still on 1.5 as playing on console) is this reddit post I found that mentions the top left beach corner tile (Leftmost corner L) also counts as a water tile so when casting out to the left from that spot you can pull up iridium quality fish at lvl 0 helping a lot with gold and experience. Even if the catch is not perfect the base gold/silver quality of the fish help with the exp. I'm averaging lvl 2 at around 1:30pm~3pm on this spot on day 2 with plenty of gold for about 50~150 bait depending on bubble spots letting you skip the visit to willys on day 3 giving you more time to fish catfish.
Was this video done in 1.6? Also, with the scythe glitch to bypass the rockslide in front of the railroad, I think this challenge could be completed even earlier.

Funnily enough upgrading the copper pan is a thing in 1.6, it's just not that useful
Now I'm wondering how quickly you can get Max hearts with everyone. Could you do it in spring? Except for Kent and Leo
For the record, with just one little chair you can get into the mutant bug lair early. Doesn't help with the void salmon though.
