Hey Nate; What a Beautiful Tribute for your Friend! How Wonderful, and Generous of Jordan to share that wild Pig w/you! You seemed to have cooked it Just Right! I am soo Jealous, yet Happy for your opportunity for a Special kind of Meat to eat! I have had that Privilege several decades ago! I Love Pork, but cooked underground is the Best of the Rest Tasting! Thank You for another Great Video! GBU.,SM.,NZ., ✌❤😀👍👍😋🤭🐗 ✊
Absolutely love watching this TH-cam channel Just the way you are capturing the beauty of the top end is amazingly impressive. And to make it even more amazing is you take us back through the history of our first ancestors, telling stories that if you don’t share them no one would ever know of. I feel these stories will be forgotten if it wasn’t for people like you. Your knowledge is valuable and it should be shared among all of us and the people of this country. Keep up this amazing journey. ❤
A bad day fishing is Always better than a good day at home hey mate. Sow looked like it was a pull apart 👌👌. Great episode mate. Fascinating to here Viv’s story 🙌 Thanks for sharing
So good to see interactions with local ppl on land. 20 yrs ago I was hunting pigs in Gregory down area of cape York. We were invited In to the camp went hunting pigs with traditional ppl locals were shocked we went into camp as they wouldn’t go into their communities Very disrespectful ppl living in farming communities around the area when I was there
Yes mate, probably still a lot of that ignorance around the country to this day. It doesn’t take much to say gday and interact does it. Always ends in a fun day too.
@@WildReaches we were taken to areas we didn’t know about. They had few of there dogs ripped up by the boars. Wanted to see if we could take them out as we had proper chest plates for our dogs couldn’t find them unfortunately but gave the local tribe few of our younger pups we took up as a helping hand to them we’re supposed to get a chiller box in area but company keept dragging it out with delivery time. Lots pigs in that area
Another hreat episode mate, you and Jordo seem like an awesome team out there. Another truly breathtaking location and adventure to boot! Thanks so much for sharing a bit of Viv’s story mate! Truly an inspiration! It’s I shame I’ll never get to meet him personally, Thanks again for sharing with us Legend, and heaps of thanks to Jordan for allowing you to share his slice of paradise with us too! This series is awesome Nath!
These remote river mouths are the best mate, so much fun. And Jordos energy is on point, even on these slow days he keeps at it. Luckily everyone got to meet viv in a little way via the episodes he featured in. Hope you’re well mate, you’ll love next weeks episode 🤙🏼
Another fantastic episode mate, I'm positive when I was at Normanton I met jordo and his elder at the purple pub, they were at a conference of sorts 2 - 3yrs ago... Legendary people! Went fishing on the Norman with a local indigenous fella a got 2 barra 60 odd cm, I'll never forget my time there😁
beautiful story mate you tell it well aways a pleasure for me to watch and share your journey .i liken you and your stories to a man call Malcome Douglus i hope i spelt that right cheers love and respect from Queensland south
Mmmmm that pork looked soooo good love the channel and love having Jordo back he's a deadset legend you need to get him a gopro his footage would be epic too :)
Mate love your content. Jordy has good knowledge for a young fella. All tribes of Australia are excepting if you want to learn their culture and knowledge like you do. We need more people like you. I feel proud knowing your excepted into the clans up there. Good onya mate.
Good day mate spent many years hunting fishing and helimustering around that area lived at Maggieville...you were wondering how the old crew used to find water there, You were sleepin on it dig down in the sand where She oaks grow wahlah Fresh beautiful Water.....
Really? That’s something new for me! Thanks mate, I’ll be trying that. Maggieville is a ripper spot, we stopped in there one year to see Jordan’s uncles.
Hey brother what’s been your favourite drone to use for what your doing. You get deadly shots. Great show and an awesome way to see some of my clans country. Look forward to the next trip.
Awesome ep like always. Been thinking maybe you should chuck teaser vids up as shorts on youtube or best moments/season previews, might help to grow the channel we all love, appreciate it mate
Thankyou mate, iv been thinking about that. Unfortunately when I do put a short up, if the views are low it brings down the views of my next episode. Algorithm at work. But it could go the other way too.
Super episode again Nath, we loved the pork nice one Jordo!. What a beautiful part of Australia. I think you should try some fresh garlic in the bait for the crab pot next time👍. Well as its Easter, Happy Easter by the way, we are heading next door while he is away with a bag of bbq bricks, dig a hole and roast one of his ducks in foil...we don't know where Jordo got his one leg pig from? We can't ask around here because people think we are nuts!! We keep mentioning Wild Reaches and I must admit it helps a bit😉. Anyway the news you don't want to hear we are popping over to your new channel, hmmm! Cheers for now, The International Screechers 🍻
Bring on the comments on the 2nd channel! Yeah I’m not sure what he did with the rest of that pig 🤔… it was delicious tho. Duck would be better though I think, happy Easter Screetchers!
Am new over here just saw your channel but my god you guys have some great adventure over here Am from sweet Jamaica 🇯🇲 an I also have a lovely channel as well 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💯💯💯💯💯💯👊
Mate. Love your channel. Been watching long enough to know there would be sand on the pig. lol. 4 crab pots in the middle of the river and you would have had a great feed. Take and I was sorry the hear about Viv.
Hey Nath, been a while since Viv passed & i'm still saddened. All of the work that Viv had done with preservation do you know of any progress for its future. Please keep us informed 🙏 The piglet leg looked the goods, thought there would of been leftovers, But The Barra Slayer came through with dinner Loving this Adventure 👍👍
im halfway through the book Castaway by robert macklin about narcisse pelletiers survival due to the night island people adopting him as a 14 yr old and Maademan the tribal leader giving him the new name Amglo who with his new friend Sassys help Amglo become part of the Uutaalnganu tribe. amazing beautiful resourseful people these originals and i envy u greatly for getting to spend time with them, i will one day soon i hope
Ok mate got to get up judo lazy bugger you tell him i am birapie tribe Now i am lure maker Lipsmackin lures alright tell tell me his ad to me I send him some lures mate
Great videos as usual, but do we wonder y there is conflict? U can't catch barra but Jordan can in this day and age y should one Australian be allowed to catch barra and another not, we keep segregating we keep racism going.
200 years of getting told what to do, least they could do is return native fishing rights I don’t think you comprehend the amount of knowledge that was lost but it’s okay happens frequently in this fkd country
It’s a hot topic mate. Indigenous tribes have every right to hunt the land obviously, I don’t know what the answer is for the rest of us tho, there are so many non indigenous that the country does need a break from it all every now and then, I think it’s commercial fishing that needs the restrictions tho, not a fella trying to get one fish to feed himself or herself. I actually don’t mind not catching Barra while I’m out there, I get just as much of a rush seeing Jordo catch one. I agree about the segregation though, that’s never worked. 🤷🏼♂️
what are you on about I'm an Aboriginal man and i have nothing but respect for what this man does he's always showing his respect and teaching more people about Aboriginal culture then our own government.
Hey man also you should add your sec9nd channel to your original page.....if you get me when we click on your TH-cam channels pages you can then click channel and in there you should add if for anyone to just click over to when looking ya up
