I loved the Jade and Isabel interaction they got their story straight and did what they did to ensure their survival I see merge alliance potential. Those headcanons about Isabel starting to come true
When we really take a brief examination of this advantage challenge, the scenario does make sense to some degree. On one hand, both girls would've benefitted to having a team with a full stock of supplies for the team challenge. A survival kit to aid them in the wilderness, cleaning supplies to keep the shelter sanitary, enough food for the next two weeks (Or more depending on how well they ration their supplies), and a flint to easily make a fire. Short-term wise, especially for the team portion, it's more than enough to raise team morale. But long-term wise... that's when the two other options come into play. By choosing one of the other gifts, you still get your flint and at least a clue to a hidden immunity idol somewhere in the carnival. On the other hand, there's already a functioning hidden immunity idol for one of the players to take immediately. And then this is where we analyze the choosing methods between the girls. For Jade, this begs the one question, "Why go for gift #2 rather than immediately get the idol at the first opportunity?" Jade may not entirely have fans on board with her, but she is strategic enough to know that the team can only fully trust her if they believe she won 'something' from this advantage challenge. By orchestrating a story between herself and Isabel that she 'won' a fire building challenge to bring home some flint, given that the Fire Team already were on a roll in wins, the morale would rise. In addition, rather than just taking an idol off a silver tray she wants to 'earn' her own idol by using the 'riddle' within the clue that could either guide her to another idol... or another clue. It's risky because she has to keep everyone out of the loop, though Amelie is already suspicious of Jade. And then here's another matter to consider: What if the idol is not what Isabel thinks it is? On one hand, Isabel didn't 'need' to take the idol immediately, but she still knows there's doubts in her chances because she's a nun. By having a hidden immunity idol on her person, she has the option to use it on herself to prevent an elimination from occurring. But then it 'can' always backfire for the following reasons. If she tries to use it on herself, and the idol is a fake, then it would be a huge twist ending no one would expect. On the other hand, as part of the women's alliance, Isabel could agree to give the idol to Lynda knowing everyone is gunning for her and someone else could take the fall if Lynda is saved because of it. But then again, that risky maneuver could put Isabel out of the game as she could be the only person knowing about the idol and we wouldn't put it past Lynda to stab someone in the back. Or... if going back on the idea that the idol is fake, and Lynda thinks it will save her butt... turns out she played it for nothing. I only say all this because it feels 'too easy' to hand out an immunity idol right off the bat if there's still one hiding in the carnival.
I’m calling it now Jade and Amelie are gonna end up like Grett and Ally last season. Amelie is already clocking Jade and how deceptive she is just like Ally w Grett and I feel like Amelie May be the cause of Jade’s downfall
I love that Isabel is willing to play dirty
Jade: THE TOUGH ANIMAL ACTIVIST
Isabel: THE NUN WITH COMPASSION, But No MERCY
The duo is going to be unstoppable (probably)
With the idol in her hands. Isabel is now the toughest player in the game

It’s good that Isabel has the idol for now, but I KNOW IT’S GONNA BACKFIRE OBVIOUSLY!
I can't believe they gave Isabel the idol so easily.
RIGHT… she has so much plot armor AND is overrated. She is almost the definition of Julia.
@@TheIconicColton-n6o Yeah, a full fledged idol is ridiculous ngl. They should have made it usable for only a limited time, like 2-3 rounds
I think Ted is gonna steal it from her tbh
@@Squirtle_Squad_Supremacy Or Lynda
Seeing 2 characters I love interacting is always nice even if it's for a little while
It's either advantage or immunity. Lucky for them!
Personally, I would’ve taken the food and medical kit. The safety of my team is just as important as my own safety

Isabel was Good Toughest Player
If I could take advantage, I take Gift 3 so I won’t waste time looking for clue
This made me like Isabel and Jade more honestly
Does anyone notice that Isabel sounds very off in this episode, or is it just me?
