Just got this deck and was blown away by how efficient it was. It's rough trying to decide what to replace. Liked and subscribed very knowledgeable guys.
I dont mean to be so off topic but does someone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost my password. I love any tricks you can offer me
@Roman Jaxx i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I think one of my favorite additions to the deck so far is Seeker of Skybreak. Use it to trigger Lathril a second time or maybe get additional mana from a Priest of Titania. Basically a second Wirewood Lodge in creature form.
Seeker along with Quirion ranger and Wirewood symbiote are all good additions to any elf edh for the untap abilities. Ranger bouncing a forest once per turn for cost and symbiote bouncing an elf you control for cost
Iv got this deck preordered, unfortunately Kaldheim has been delayed into Scotland, really looking forward to putting it together. Im going with more of a sac/recur theme, but the suggestions look very good.
I recently opened a box of Double Masters and got a boxtopper doubling season that is going right into this deck. My budget suggestion is Everglove Courier, it is an elf with 2g tap: as long as Everglove Courier remains tapped target elf gets +2/+2 and has trample. Great for getting your commander through.
I think a really good card in this deck is Bolas' Citadel, it gives you more reach (sacking off the 10 elves you just tapped) and card advantage, couple it with the wolverine riders and an essense warden!
I think the Skullclamp looks less appealing and maybe wasn't included because you have 3 +1/+1 anthems in the deck, so the chances that all your 1/1 Elves are pumped to 2 or more toughness seem high. There are plenty of other ways to draw cards that don't undermine the effort to create a massive collection of elves for Lathril's tap ability.
Skull clamp was not included in the precon deck because in reality it doesn't work, why? The answer is because there are a good number of elf creatures in the deck that say other elves you control get +1+1 and the ability to draw cards off killing your own tokens doesn't work. Skull clamp is literally a no go in this types of elves deck. There are other ways to draw cards in the deck.
Seeker of Skybreak, Wellwisher, Priest of Titania, and Turntimber Elves were always staples in my Elf decks! A couple other solid picks for me would be - Drove of Elves, Wirewood Herald, Joraga Warcaller, and Rishkar, Peema-Renegade. Maybe some Vanquisher's Banner or Door of Destinies action?
As good as lathril may seem, there is a theme playing a crucial role with this commander and that is appearance vs reality. So at a glance lathril looks so amazing because she is a token/life gain&drain engine but in reality there is so much counter play against lathril for example maz of ith completely shuts down lathril and also trible elves is extremely weak against control and removal. So I have been testing lathril and the best way I have been able to utilise lathril for her activated ability is by initially getting 12-15 elves under my control, then I use illusionist bracers equipped on seeker of the skybreak and I infinitely untap all creatures I control and then infinitely activate lathril to infinitely drain my opponents of life.

@Roman Jaxx it worked and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thanks so much, you saved my account !
@Rhett Kaison Glad I could help =)
Driven // Despair is always nice inclusion for go-wide Green/Black decks.
Alpha authority! It’s great with lathril!

I like how you guys included some non-elf good stuff picks. Most of the other upgrade videos I’ve watched are just generic elfball cards.
Toski the squirrel one would be great

i like your videos. i added both golgari charm as you stated and heroic intervention. gives me more flexibility with the charm
Hello guys, great video, many thanks!. Any suggestions on what to remove from the deck?
Instead using trailblazers boots, I would go with alpha authority.

The guy Jeremy lost his bet to: How many times can you say "solid" in a precon upgrade episode?
Jeremy: Solid.
Got the 2 for $35 bundle :3

Can we talk about how much stronger Jeremy has grown with his quarantine beard?
Génesis wave...aluren....staff of domination......

Nice. Do you have a decklist ?
did anyone count how often jeremy said S O L I D in this video?
It was a solid amount of times
you usually count by drinking shots
Around 10€ but will be worth it - Yawgmoth, thran physician
Not enough people play Regal Force in their elf decks
