To make the leaves you used the marker, I want to know that can we use varnish on the marker.Thanks.

Yes you can, since marker ink is permanent, you can varnish. Infact, I also varnish on painted bottles after 4-5 days of painting. Applying varnish just after painting can affect your acrylic paint.
