When you say as a human: "Why even bother saving these bug people since they would die "tomorrow"/ in a couple of days anyway?" (for instance) then it makes you understand how a Vultrumite feels towards humans. Like these bugs to us humans are just insects, as humans are just "insects" to a Vultrumite.
This was an amazing mid season finale, can’t wait for the rest of season 2, it’s gonna be insane. Also wanted to point this out, the reason why mark didn’t turn evil like the other dimension marks is because of Debbie. Because Nolan was always away Debbie was running things. It’s because of her that mark is good, and not like the other viltrumites.
I love the parallel between Nolan and Debbie!! It really shows how Debbie was stronger since she had nothing or no one to stop her from ending it all compared to Nolan who needed to save the thraxans!!
That's why I can't understand how anyone could kill thadus or however it's spelled. Let's not pretend the collection of words has a human for a leader. And there's only two humanoid species in the show lol
Viltrumites heals almost from everything. They can regenerate theets, skin, muscles and survives fatal injuries like taken your intestines out of you body. And yeah, they can heal spines. They CANT regenerate total loss of legs or arms, and of course if you beheaded them or split his head or body pretty bad, THEY ARE DEAD.
Viltrumites become stronger when they get older, this is clear when many of the strongest Viltrumites are older looking ones, to me it makes perfect sense for Mark to be beaten by the old woman

"Everytime she tries to help things just go wrong" that's for a reason. Her powers are astronomical. Beyond reason. If she didn't have set backs and moments of realization, she would have no character arc or development. Her powers are so strong, her real training is in a lifetime of failures. Otherwise how can she respect her power. It could also work as a feminist empowerment moment. If that's needed.

@@sterlingprince2025 emphasis of "usually". Thaedus is very strong but not every Viltrumite gets as strong as Nolan.
