WoW! I thought this spots happened only on my 13 Pro Max. It looks like Apple robbed people by releasing product with such deffects. It happen on x3 Zoom lens, isn't it?

The other solution is either replace the camera and live with iPhone alert that: camera is not genuine part may not work blah-blah, even if it will work or disassemble the camera assembly (which is not easy task to do) and clear the sensor. No shaking or hitting the iPhone ever moved this dirt at all.
I’ve sent it 2 times to Apple, and they’ve only changed the macro lenses. The problem is back. What should I say to them in order to really fix it? Only getting a new one?
