You guys need to carry a cooler for all those times you find cold foods. Seems like every time you go out you find cold meats and such you react surprised and have to hurry it all back home.
It is a shame that stores couldn't donate to the food bank the food they are going to toss that isn't moldy/rotten/bad and then get a tax credit form the government in exchange.

A large tv (over 60") was thrown out because the bow had a large tear across the front of the box. I heard later that the garbage collectors had gotten the tv, set it up int heir break room and it worked fine with no issues.
Then how would all these dumpster divers make a living? If they donate the food and someone gets sick they sue the store. People love to sue over everything. They destroy products because people dumpster dive and then take the items back into the store for money or store credit. Funny how we screw each other.
What you guys are doing by rescuing food for people and pets is very good of you. Why throw things away in the garbage when there are so much people in the USA and in the world living without and in need.

I love the treasure hunt! And I've eaten expired food that didn't matter at all. (not eggs, dairy, meat) I just check the temp as well. I'd cook all those legs when I got home and freeze them in bags. It's a crime how much is wasted. Love to see you doing something about it!
Went to the local market store yesterday and noticed they’re selling their expired products for 1/2 price and I’m talking well over. A month expired…their meats will get market down 1/2 price until it’s bad then they toss it out

I would not put the beer in the Blessing Box. Kids may get it. That would not be good. I’m sure you could probably find friends and family that might want it. Wow all the food is incredible. If that little appliance is really dirty, spray oven cleaner on it and cover the cleaner with Saran Wrap and let it sit for a few hrs. It helps to get the stuck on grim and grease off. You might have to do this several times but it works. 👍
The little thing you passed on that had the wheels is a garden cart you sit on and stroll around you garden and pull weeds or plant stuff so you don’t bend over or get on your knees. I bought one and it was around $40 at Lowe’s

Nice to find cold meat, but WHY do you not have a cooler with blue ice packs in your vehicle ??? You never seem to have what is needed for your job. You don't even have to buy totes, reusable bags ,scoop for dog food .You find all of these things in the dumpster. Why do you leave all these things that you need. WORK SMART NOT HARD
Why isn't it suspicious to find unopened food just sitting there waiting to get picked up? It looks so much like this is all orchestrated so that the channel will continue to get views. Also, for those people who complain about her husband just sitting there and allowing her to dumpster-dive. If she feels so liberated to go doing something like that, then why should her husband stop her? If he was the one dumpster-diving, people would treat him like he was dirty and a scrounger looking through bins for food instead of getting a "proper" job. It is NOT illegal in Texas, not illegal in many other states. Just some places don't want you to take their garbage and show people the disgusting waste of some companies
@@dianewilliams1125 this is true. I dumpster dive in Texas and have had police ask me if I found anything good. I have several places that give me permission to look. I used to have permission from the DG across from where I live then they got a new manager. She put up a no trespassing sign so I can't look there anymore. Not a nice person.
I find in my area many more divers and trash thrown on the ground like in this video it’s a shame because they will eventually put out no trespassing sign

Those chicken legs would be out on my grill as soon as possible and then into the freezer with most of them. Why the store didn't donate them somewere I haven't a clue. Around here it's insurance/lawsuit trouble but..sheesh.

Right now we donate all of our eggs, duck and chicken, that we can not use or dehydrate...people, especially seniors are desperate...I would love to find stuff like this to give them also...and hey, we are technically seniors also...but made different choices early in life..not wading in money...but better off than many

I used to raise chickens. Put eggs in a tub of water. If they float they are going rotten otherwise they are fine. Just an FYI for ya 😉

Does anyone ever think there could be a contamination recall on any of the food in these dumpsters and they might not be fit for consumption.
