I don't know which translation is the most accurate but in bond 5 it seems to me that the unofficial translation makes more sense: "Ah, b-but, it's not that I hate this feeling...". I'm going there to understand my delicate swordswoman's heart!" than the official translation of the game: "B-but, it's not that I hate you! I hope you understand my delicate swordsman's heart, okay?".
I don't see where the "B-but, it's not that I hate you!" fits when she just said she has grown attached to you. In any case it should refer to the feeling towards you, which is the one that is causing her a conflict with her feelings as a swordswoman.
