While watching this interview, a lot of questions came up, 1, how many billionaires in the US compared to China 🇨🇳 , gives back or donates to charity? How much do they contribute. Base on history and culture, China is not known for their generous giving or contributions.
Also, I noticed that most billionaires almost all, donates to education and schools. My question is, how many American students are benefiting from all these contributions? Or does it ‘almost equivalently’ impact foreign students such as Chinese as well? I think the objective for these billions being donated has zero or minimum impact for the future of America if we continue to allow China to take advantage of “US open democracy school system”. Especially US mainly provides the foundation for billionaires amazing success; sadly China are substantially benefiting from it as well.

For state schools, international students pay the full rate. Basically they are treated the same as out-of-state students. What this means in real life is that they actually subsidize in-state students because funding for public universities have been declining for almost 20 years.
