Mo Hustle from Dope House Houston Texas disses Chicano culture and Chicano Rap. Why is this fool talking smack about Raza? He's on a war path to rescue the reputation of his boss SPM at any costs but why is he speaking on Texas politics when he's not even originally from Texas? Does this fool speak for all Chicanos or Raza in Houston or Texas? He's defending a convicted Chomo, that is his only agenda. Chicano rap is about Chicano culture created by kid frost while Houston rap was created by a black man named DJ Screw. Tejanos like spm and Mexican ot are southern rappers that happen to be Mexican. All cultures are universal so Mexicans can do Texas rap and blacks can do Chicano rap. West coast rap was a mixture of both Chicano culture and Houston rap from big mello, big Mike and Mr. 3-2
