But why cant you believe in god without necessarily using any religion as a channel. In other words why is it important to know about who was around him who is who why can’t I believe in him and why can’t I talk to him without being in a religion.
@@djchinot7229Hi there, just wanted to share with you that yes you can absolutely “believe in God” just like the demons believe , but sadly the belief in God does not justify sin or justify wrongdoing if God is truly Holy and a Righteous Judge. If you want to be justified before a Holy God, (who by the way cannot dwell or fellowship with sin or wickedness) then you need an intermediary to mend the BROKEN relationship. Jesus Christ is the intermediary between God and Man. He clarifies and reveals who God truly is, that He is Love but also Perfectly Righteous- He also justifies man before God and takes our guilt as His Own. Jesus is able to do this because He never sinned
@@djchinot7229That's the best part He has given us full access to Him. We don't need a priest or pastor to go before us because Jesus did it for us. I used to think I didn't need the church but the closer I got/get to Christ the more my soul craves the word and to have righteous counsel from those who have studied theology. It also encourages me to learn more on my own to strengthen my discernment so that I be able to recognize false prophets. It's like being an addict and getting clean, you no longer want to hang around the people you once got high with you want to be around like minded people. Iron sharpens iron and I know sadly there has been a lot of people misled and misused in the church but the right church is a body and we're called to be together. The body can't function with just the hands it requires all parts to fully function.
yes that is why it’s important to mature and know our identity and to get to know Jesus ourselves by spending time with Him talking to Him and reading the Bible 😊❤

If there’s one the thing the devil has succeeded in doing is make people forget that he is there. People tend to forget that there is an enemy. If it was all about doing good and being good… Adam and Eve with all of us would still be in the garden. We are way pastttt being good and vibrating on a higher frequency. There is a need to contend and a need for our sins to be forgiven and that is how Jesus saves us all or else we are doomed and unity and good would be the least of our problems. Thank you Jesus!
Those who considered themselves former Christians i realize most of their decisions were based on what people did or were doing vs God in their life. This always makes me sad because the Lord is such a good Father and we limit him based on our interactions with people 😢. Praying for all these ladies. Enjoyed this conversation.

God doesnt have eyeballs, anus etc. He neither begets nor is begotten. He doesn't die at the hands of His enemies. He is neither born out of a woman nor needs mankind He is eternal Allah is God❤️
@muslimwhostryingYour Allah is depicted as having two right hands,a single “beautiful” shin, a foot, and eyes 😭. Your Allah can’t take the form of man simply because he isn’t all-powerful. My God can do all things, including taking the form of man if He pleases.
@@amari117do you have proof from the Quran supporting your blasphemous claims? we all worship the same God. Allah is just the Arabic word for God that even Arab Christian’s and Jews use. Also y’all claim Jesus is god but also the son-of god which is completely illogical and stupid. Plus you guys believe an innocent man aka Jesus deserved to die brutally for YOUR sins. Atleast in Islam we take accountability for our sins
@muslimwhostrying oh brother, you also know that God can become a human if He wanted to. Now i know you are totally unaware why God wanted to or had to take human form ! its a long one but .. 1. God is the law maker ,God had a kingdom before we were made, He made certain rules and laws which everybody ( angels, princes ,celestial beings etc) follows and God is a Just God so He doesnt do smthg that goes against the law ,bcz law breaker is a sinner and God doesnt sin. One law is that whoever sins must die. So, when Adam sinned ,it was not like u think or quran says, Adam and eve sinned and God threw them out of heaven and after sometime your allah says its ok son ,i forgive . Nooo , its not that. What happened when Adam decided to eat the forbidden fruit . ( remember God made Adam and eve in His own image ,no angel has been made in His very own image so ,,Human or adam was suppose to be one of the most powerful in the ranking of authority in the kingdom of God and Satan knew it . ) Now , Satan was already in desire of power and rebellious against God when he tempted eve and adam to eat forbidden fruit .Why Satan did that? He would legally get the power and authority that was to be handed by God to Adam and his children. why? Bible says ,whoever you obey or yeild to ,you are his slave( just paraphrasing ) so bcz Adam didnt obey God but Satan now Adam became slave to whom ? Satan!! Now , Satan legally but deceivingly took that power from Adam successfully. Satan was already one of the most powerful angel in ranking ,now in addition to that, He got the ranking of Adam ,i hope u r getting it . Also, Adam or human now became dirty with sin, slave to Satan, God was no longer His master( lawfully) Now, Jesus took human form to correct all these things in a legal way. Lawfully. Blood indicates smthg profound in the realm of spirit or kingdom of heaven .Life. When Jesus died, 1.He cleansed us from the sins, 2.We got our authority back legally and lawfully through Jesus . We now have authority over the satan and his demons. We can now replace them from their position in the realm of the spirit. 3. We are no longer slave to satan and sin 4. We couldnt come to Lord and His presence without blood of Jesus, cus we were dirty, now, we can come boldly in His presence 5. We are now seated in the heavenly places. 6. We are now the Sons of God. ,no longer the children of serpent. 7. Devil cannot accuse us anymore for our sins and held us accountable . 8. Blood of Jesus now set us free . It was needed for God to come as human ,as a second adam and to fix everything that first adam messed up ,

@@BiggTyM10 that’s easy to do when we place emphasis on church rules, policies and religion and lack emphasis on spiritual growth and manifestation of the power of God. Most people who call themselves Christians are more than likely trying church as well.
she right tho there are literal factual inaccuracies in the bible (10:50) , stay pressed while you continue to gaslight on the fact that the book y'all believe in is special and wasn't written by barbaric men of a time where they treated women like slaves not to mention the literal slaves lmfao
@@animenome308the factual inaccuracies in the Bible almost all perpetually come from lack of general knowledge from the time period (meaning that we literally do not have the ancient evidence required to mediate between certain viewpoints). For example a “factual inaccuracy” that people like to point out is the Herod’s reign and the census within the Gospels being placed within the same time period. This argument is usually led by saying that Herod’s rule ended in 4BC, therefore the Census of Quirinius which occurred in AD 6 couldn’t have possibly aligned with the given timeline found inside of the Gospels which depicts them both as happening relatively close to one another. This would be an incredibly important, significant issue for the Bible’s infallibility if we didn’t have other historical figures to keep in consideration when viewing the text. If we take a deeper look into the supposed historical inaccuracy we find that it was much more likely that Quirinius actually had ruled multiple times and in these periods there were two censuses taken, the second during AD 6, and the first closer to Jesus’s birth. I’ll elaborate more on the topic if you’d like. Regardless of what you think the Bible is special, even without the religious connotation it’s still a huge historical treasure which has paved the way for the destabilization of slavery, and the establishing of deserved recognition for woman rights (both things you cited).
@amari117 idk much about that example u gave so I cannot argue against the points you've made there N nobody is saying the bible is not a historical text in the same way that the Quran or other religious texts are. I could make the exact same point for other religions as well in terms of describing accurate historical events (Although +++on uncertainty and we know that there are false historical claims that you cannot simply discount by saying the historical record is incomplete. Also laughable you credit the bible for women's rights and ending slavery when there are far more tangible and concrete examples in our recent history and also don't act like Abrahamic religions of which Christianity doesn't get exemption status in continuing to perpetuate the suffering of women, children and minorities like lgbt ppl... Religious ppl acting like secular society is amoral but that's just bs
What a difference there is between the demeanor of both groups... Jesus truly transforms us from the inside out. The only difference between us, and the unsaved, is Jesus. May God continue work on them 🙌🏾
In my view anyone who calls themselves a former Christian, never had a real encounter with Christ. Once you've experience Him there's no turning back, no matter how astray you may go, once you've encountered Jesus your life is never the same.
Don't you find it interesting how in the bible there are extraordinary claims like Moses splitting the Red Sea or Elijah bringing down a beam of fire or talking donkeys, but the only evidence modern day christians have for their god is Jesus saving them from suicide or relieving the guilt of having an abortion or some other nonsense like curing their anxiety and depression, things we can't prove are supernatural, why is that?
It is because of my encounter with Christ that I do not subscribe to religion. Especially Christianity. Jesus never said to accept him as your lord and savior, Paul said that. Only the red words in the Bible matter (or should) if you call yourself a follower of Jesus, and even more if you call him God.
But she didn't lie either. The Bible kinda tells us we are God in human form and besides the word "God' is just a title that anybody/ anything can wear. It's just a word but to act as your higher self is God. That's what the Bible teaches us but no Christian ain't trynna understand that

@11:27 - It stood out to me that this woman was very focused on the idea of having a discussion with the goal of changing people’s minds. When I engage in any conversations about my faith (Christianity) my goal is never to convert the person or change their convictions. That’s the Holy Spirit’s job. My only goal is to speak the biblical truth and try to gain a better understanding of their point of view.
As a Christian I agree. Respect the other persons’ decisions and dignity in choice regardless if you disagree or not and the Holy Spirit will bring them to Him through our character
@@queenandcrownwe are actually called to do this, but we are required to do this with wisdom, gentleness and love - Which will capture the approach explained by the original commenter. I can definitely appreciate that some Christians in their sincere (or insincere) effort to fulfil the great commission (to go out and make disciples) have not employed wisdom or love in so doing and rather push people away, but in essence both are true: Christians are commanded to go into the world, share the gospel, make disciples, make known the love of God but we are also told to be wise as serpents, gentle as doves and to do all things with Godly love. We also have to understand the constraints of our assignment - which is to share the good news of the gospel, not force it or try and actively change someone’s mind because this we do not have the power intrinsically to do - this is the work of the Holy Spirit. Love and blessing to you
I'm an atheist an I agree 100%. I used to be in that place, but I've grown up. It's exhausting to care about other's beliefs and it doesn't change anything. As long as they're good people we can be friends and have a mature discussion. If we can't have a mature discussion or if someone's trying to convert me, I respect myself enough to not talk to that person again. 🤷🏽♀️
@queenandcrown In a sense we are but it's how we do it that people get conflicted on. Matthew 28:19 reads, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...". When you share your beliefs with someone it's not you forcing them to choose the same thing. It's simply providing another perspective. There's no problem with that
This conversation is so powerful! 🙌 As a mom of 3, working full-time, and trying to stay grounded in my faith, I really felt the depth of this discussion. It's incredible how faith shapes our identity as women - the struggles, the expectations, and the moments of feeling judged or misunderstood. I’ve had times where I questioned aspects of my journey, but ultimately, my faith continues to give me strength and a sense of purpose. I appreciate how open and vulnerable everyone was in sharing their stories. Whether someone is standing firm in their faith or navigating life after leaving, I think these conversations bridge so much understanding. 💖 Thank you for creating this space - it’s so needed for women to feel heard, seen, and supported no matter where they are in their journey. Looking forward to more episodes like this! 🙏✨

You love your sisters in Christ without mentioning the other sisters on the panel? Surely that was Jesus's (whom you consider God) commanded of you. Only love those who agree with you, the true message Christ. Lol
As a Black woman who found my way back to my faith, I have total empathy for my sisters who've left Christianity. I get it. We have to accept that too many of our churches and fellow Christians are not welcoming to the stranger, that misogynoir is real and harmful, and frankly too many preachers and their congregations DO NOT know the Bible the way they should. If you're still reading the KJV, then you're missing a LOT of the nuances from the Hebrew, Greek and Latin. We also need to understand that religious trauma is REAL, and not dismiss it or talk about those who've experienced it as if they're at fault. Faith should strengthen and HEAL us, not make us feel unworthy or damaged. A true faith allows questions and being okay with not always knowing and being human. Dogma demands obedience. The ex-Christian women's body language isn't "dark" or defensive - it's the body language of ABUSE. These women were waiting to be attacked, because they already have been. It's interesting how so many Christian posters in this thread completely missed that, in their zeal to brag about how "personal" their relationship with Jesus is.

When someone is blinded by faith it’s a frustrating task to point out and help them see all the logical issues found in the Bible. Faith is a hell of a drug.
18:49 The Bible tells us to be transformed by the renewal of our minds. The mind of Christ. I appreciate this conversation because it’s needed in our community. The sisters of Faith defended the faith with gentleness and meekness. Hopefully something they said will resonate.
A lot of personal truth was spoken in this video. I really appreciated hearing from both sides. It is a fact that religion itself is a social construct. It can bring, and has brought about separation across all people. Christians have always believed they were the one and only true religion and have in turned historically inflicted violence and/or judgement upon others who misalign in their view(the crusades, the witch trials). I understand the perceived frustrations from the former christian’s side because they’ve taken into consideration these dynamics in hand with their own negative experiences being in the religion. I appreciate the christian’s in this video being open to this conversation and showing grace and sympathy toward the other side and their experiences. An individual that has been led toward the church and bible as a means for guidances and community is respected but it doesn’t mean it’s the one and only way. Other sacred buildings and books take on this same purpose. The Torah and synagogues, the Qu’ran and mosques, the Tripitaka and Temples and the list goes on. Those who think their way is the one and only way and push that onto others are already misled. It can be the only and only way for yourself but many folks have their own personal testimonies that have led them to their own truth, and that should always be considered and respected. Shout out to everyone in this video for being vulnerable and sharing parts of their story.
How can all faiths be valid if they contradict each other? How can Jesus be the Son of God (Christian), just a prophet (Islam), and a heretic (Judaism) all at the same time? That mindset comes from a good place of wanting inclusion, but in the end it is confusing and misleading. If everything is true, nothing is true.
I've noticed something interesting: whenever I watch a podcast debating the Bible and God, the Christians remain calm in spirit and voice, while the unbelievers often appear upset and disturbed. Has anyone else noticed that?

If people would spend time with God, reading the scriptures for themselves they would discover that Christianity is not one of the religions of the world. There is a part of Christianity that is religion, but Christianity in its entirety is not a religion. Christianity is the pulsating life of God in the human spirit. It is divinity in humanity Colosians 1:16 wraps it up so nicely. The Lord Jesus did not suffer on the cross for man to have a religion. He came that we may have eternal life (Zoe in Greek) the God-kind of life…
God allows bad experiences that go to the point of breaking people, why does he do that? And then we are supposed to just have faith that God is watching me and has a greater plan? Why make it so complicated if God is so powerful, what a strange God
I blocked channels that do these kinds of things because they have become sensational and gimmicky. Thank you for having an authentic conversation and not going for clicks.
A similar thing that stands out amongst the non believers is all of them said they used to be Christians but none of them said they were saved or filled with the Holllt spirit and thats is the problem and the outstanding Factor. You can never truly be saved and have an encounter with Jesus and then turn around and say he doesn't exist, Its impossible. They may have grew up in church and went to church as an adult and had a form of religion but they never actually had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and God the father . This was a very good conversation I enjoyed it
Thats not true. Often times in life facts replace faith. Many of us used to believe in Santa, and now we don't. Does that mean that we never truly believed in Santa? Does that mean that we never truly got excited and full of energy when we Santa in the food court? Naw. It just means we realized reindeer dont fly. The fact that reindeer dont fly replaced the faith that they did. The same with the talkin donkey. Once the facts hit us we accepted them. And when you accept that Sant does not exist, you still get gifts because Santa was never the one giving you your gifts. Same with Bible God, Jesus, Yahweh Krishna and Allah.
@@oldschool5 the scripture says search out your own soul salvation with fear and trembling. As someone who almost got caught in New Age philosophies… I’d never go back ! Jesus is my one and only savior. I’ll scream that to the mountain top. I would asked the question, who needs several gods; when one’s there only one true Almighty. I understand the anger from the one side, but once I learned to separate God from mankind the outlook on my Christian faith changed.
Me too! I see so much of my past self (literally less than a year ago) in the non believers. I just came back to Christ after a decade of being without him and I empathize for those women and totally understand why they come off as abrasive and defensive.
Man, I feel like I'm going down the same path as you men . It definitely a struggle to understand the word and choosing what's best for me. Pray for me 🙏🏾
Same, then God opened my eyes and unveiled and revealed everything to me. I always say if I had a million tongues to tell him how sorry I am it wouldn’t be enough because I truly was deceived and lost in the world’s lie, and he STILL chose to wake me up.
“They are strong in their conviction that Jesus is their Lord and savior. Nothing I say can change their mind.” What a compliment that was spoken in such aggression, meant to be negative.
The spirit of offense was alive and irritated from some of the former Christians, during this discussion. I also heard them say they were raised in the church. Being raised in a faith doesn't mean you've surrendered or given your life to Christ, and have a personal relationship with Him and opened your heart with trust. I pray the Lord draws them near and the Holy Spirit reveals the truth to them during their search for "spirituality." The enemy is crafty in twisting truth, and I believe the hirt/pain they've some of the ladies experienced have hardened their hearts. I hope they find the Lord in the midst of their quest for freedom.
I believe what they described in their experience with church and so-called religion is akin to cultural Christianity. They should have been labeled as ex-churchgoers. What they are is children of disobedience. Pray the Lord removes the scales from their eyes and replaces their hearts of stone with a heart of flesh.
From what I’ve witnessed several time, almost all former Christians have the same “testimony” and when you hear them it all makes sense as to why they left--they never knew God. They all grew up in the church, they all went to Sunday school, all of their parents forced them to go to church, they all had bad experiences with people within those circles, etc. You never hear them talking about how a relationship with The Lord was cultivated in their personal time. I can empathize only because I went through the same thing and lost my faith for years because of it. I do believe The American church especially is partially to blame because there are many churches that are in error of teaching various false, half-truths Gospel. True discipleship is also absent in many churches, so many people literally don’t understand who God truly is and what it means to know Him outside of 2hrs in a church building per week and spending 3 minutes a day to pray for the money, car, love, house, etc that they want.
Man, the anger, confusion, projection and unsettling factor of the ex-Christians is just so saddening. The stability, patience and wisdom of these sisters in Christ is phenomenal. We must pray for these women. Honestly. I hear a lot of hurt and resentment versus any solid statements. Please pray for these women on the right.
Anger is a normal Godly(Deut 32:11, 2Kings17:18…) & human reaction I know you’ll say but God encourages people to be slow to anger. Have you paused to think maybe they also used to be this patient (slow to anger) stable and ‘wise’ until the rug was pulled under their feet. To me the Christians appear numb and naive to the damage that organized religion has on people’s lives. But I understand, they haven’t experienced anything life altering within their organized religions (churches) to empathize with the former Christians. The way they apologise for the wrongs of their religion as if an apology of words undos the damage already caused shows how detached they are from reality. It’s kind of like what you did there “pray for them?”, assuming they didn’t pray and make supplications for themselves only for them to fall on deaf ears. Be kind.
All in all, i feel like it's very important that we read the word of God ourselves and get to know him and have a relationship with him to be able to shape our real perspective of who he really is other than relying on what others have to say about God.
So true!! If we are christian’s based of tradition how others act and what they do or say it’s easy to be lost. We need to read so we know who God is. It also protects us from cults and spiritual abuse
Home girl on the end was manifesting . Leg was shaking the whole time . I pray true freedom and deliverance through Christ for all three of them. The seeds were planted for sure. This is proof that Jesus loves all three of them and have a plan for them. Deliverance from what? It’s crazy how black Christians speak about this religion not remembering when Tulsa burnt, it burnt at the hands of white Christian’s who prayed to the same God. Let me ask you, when Tulsa and the many other black towns burnt, they would always attack and destroy black churches first, whose prayer did God answer? Who did your supposed God, “deliver” in that moment. Please don’t pray for deliverance maybe pray that your cognitive ability to critical think and ask deep profound questions to wake you up.
@@gillmsnfillman1691 The lady in the video said it very clearly, anything that is done that does no align with God's character is people acting on sin. God gives people free will, he won't stop them from burning down churches or towns because that's an action they decided but I'm sure he took care of his people. He also says that followers will suffer, he never says life will be perfect he says he will give you peace in the storm and always provide. But just because people do things 'in the name of God' does not mean in represents God, God tells us who is and what he stands for which is love, peace, holiness, kindness, Joy, gentleness so on and so forth. Anything that is not that is not Him.

I don't think anyone who has genuinely met Christ and the Holyspirit can change their mind about being a follower of Christ. I pray everyone who doesn't believe finds the light and comes to the understanding and knowledge of Christ and are saved
Both sides had great points and understandable perspectives-of course, there are a few women who are speaking not from knowledge but from hurt, pain and trauma but it’s beautiful to see how God is/will use this conversation to lead all of us to Seek His Kingdom first, Believe in our hearts and to accept His Son ❤️

@@SoldbyDominiqueit’s not her job to educate them on their beliefs. They should know these contradictions themselves. If you truly read the Bible you would see them. This is why there’s the study of apologetics. Ministers and scholars are aware of these contradictions so they use apologetics to explain them in a palatable way to laymen like yourself. The fact the Christian women gave excuses for slavery was every telling. Scripture itself condones slavery. In the old and New Testament there are instructions for slaves and masters. Take time to research for yourself instead of being in your Christian echo chamber.
They're more affected by the actions of CHRISTIANS. They are a representation of both the spirit of the text and the way of existing prescribed within it. If they aren't abiding by the moral tenants and examples within the aforementioned, or their actions are diametrically opposed to such, then are they even Christian?
As a Christian, I can tell you time and again I’ve had second thoughts about my faith, not only due to people, but what God had allowed to happen in my life. But, that does not change the fact that turning my back on my Christian faith would mean turning away from the only source of truth that there is and will ever be. One of my hardest struggles in my faith was to continue believing and trusting in God’s plan when many friends and family left the faith. Yes, it’s hard despite God being there for me with all of that. God is good, and pain is pain. You just gotta continue to choose God over circumstance, as hard as that may be
Yes. Praise God you stayed and trusted Him. The truth is FAR too many people on earth are oblivious to grasping the suffering that entered the world at the Fall, causing all kinds of horrible things, plus mans continual sins added in the mix from there on out. But God uses it to sanctify us, draw us closer to Him, and uses it for good. Evil can't thwart the Soverign God.
Many of us come across those thoughts before. Which is why we should read scripture and use it during moments like that. 2 Cor 10:5 Says we should take our thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ. I didn’t use every word correctly. Please don’t bash me for shortening up a bit. I’m glad you continue to hang on. That shows that God is strengthening you. 22:00 1 Timothy 4:1-16 "Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons" This verse is a call to discernment and reliance on the Holy Spirit for guidance. It encourages believers to test all teachings against the Word of God and remain anchored in the truth of Scripture.

The lady said the Bible got so many contradictions . Then the believer said share 1 ??? Oooo this isn’t the show for that .. 😂😂😂😂. Sick I’m tired of people saying that . Without no proof of the contradictions
My oh my where to start. God created man in his image then demands circumcision. God gives commandments and isn't an example of following them. He changes his mind often. I could go on forever but you have to go read on your own. Cmon. It's so easy for those who actually read that book.
@@huffizenough1296 But I can't understand if the person who is making this assertion cannot even offer a shred of detail pertaining to what contradictions she is referring to, so yes I would like an explanation please. I cannot read minds. The Believers were very clear that the Bible in of itself does not contradict, yet the former Christian women were still giving examples of how the Bible and God's word can be misinterpreted, thereby bringing about contradictions. That was not the point. She erected her own series of strawmans to attack and still could provide no detail. It is not difficult to pinpoint a simple example of where the Bible contradicts itself if you firmly believe this. But even she herself knew that she had nothing so she became needlessly loud and devoid of substance.
This is why it’s so important to not only read your Bible, but to learn proper exegesis of scripture. It’s clear that these women were not properly discipled and did not have a firm foundation laid in their faith. “My people perish for a lack of Knowledge” Hosea 4:6. You can hear that there’s a lot of pain, many unanswered questions and very emotional circumstances that made them turn from God. I was not raised in the church and did not come to Jesus until my 30s, and in the past I shared a lot of these views before God called me. However when I started to read the Bible for myself and seek out God vs basing my opinions on what the world was saying. My eyes were opened. You can be in the church your whole life, going to service every Sunday and still not know God sis!! I will pray for each and every one of these women. Even in their unbelief, God still has his hand on them and is reaching out. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. If you never knew your word, you never knew Jesus!! 😓💔
stop pretending that u've actually read the bible, bc if u had, then u would know that's it's mad sexist. that's why i left the church. 2 Timothy 2:12 (woman cannot take authority over a man and must remain silent), 1 Corinthians 11:3-10 (women must cover their heads bc for some reason our heads are shameful to the god who made our head?), Exodus 13:12 (males are god's, not females), Exodus 23:17 (blaming the worship of other deities on women). another thing---if u read the bible, then u would also know that god lacks moral compass, like in Numbers 31:17-18 or when he committed mass genocide in Gensis. the only person who doesn't know ur god's word is u lmao
I’m reminded of how we’ve convinced ourselves that growing up in or around church culture meant we know or understand God and it’s just soo far from the truth. The Jews who literally were their own set apart nation, had their lives and culture revolving around said God failed to recognise Him when He came and dwelt among them in the person of Jesus . Now never-mind all the lies and deception added to the equation. It’s always been about knowing God for yourself and as a fellow PK, learnt the hard way that no one can spoon feed you into the Kingdom. I pray that these ladies and anyone else whose watching this that by His mercy, may they encounter the True and Living God before realising later that He is indeed the only way in these last days becomes too costly.
19:30 when she was talking about changing your mindset all I could think about is “ life and death is in the power of the tongue” a lot of the things they are saying are biblical and they don’t even realize it! So cool, I need to keep reading the Bible too.
it also says be careful what you think because your thoughts control your life!! literally everything goes back to the Bible and they hate to admit that
I was thinking the same thing, like when she said she prays and understands that hard times are just there to strengthen you. The bible says Cast your anxieties onto me or give thanksgiving in all circumstances or we rejoice in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces perseverance -> character -> hope I hope she really does go and do research because it seems like she has the practical understanding of a lot of the concepts, but not the source.
Props to the mediator/host, she was graceful and diligent on making sure there was respect. Asking for more information and clarification on things that were said 💗

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to both views, and judging for myself. One thing is certain, I am very grateful to belong to Christ and all that the Church is and was purposed to be.
I didn’t grow up in church but in my late 20’s the Lord revealed Himself to me. He has definitely change my life and now i have a purpose. He uses me to travel across the world to peach and do things for Him. I have cast out many demons out of people and healed some by His power 🙌🏽
Mad respect to the christian ladies with how you answered questions and were transparent about your relationship with Christ. Throughout this discussion I couldn't help but notice that all the former christian ladies had something in common. They put their trust in people, denominations and a building and not actually pursuing Jesus for themselves. I'm not belittling what they went through because I know that had to of been very difficult. However, what they're saying is is they adhered to the christian belief at one time but they put their trust in an inferior source, which was man. So what they claimed to be persuasive and true was later determined by circumstances and experiences that convinced them otherwise.
i hardly watch debates about Christianity. TH-cam recommended this for me, and i am actually grateful for it. God bless every single lady on the platform. This has unbelievable shaped me into realizing why i truly stick to Christianity. So many points were shared. I can't wait to use them 👍🏽

Simone obviously hasn’t studied much about Islam. Basic principle is Muslims go to the mosque weekly on Fridays just as Christians go to church on Sundays. 😕
@@demetriusjackson3767 not entirely true though. Most of them behave like nonbelievers. I had a manager who was very abusive and one incident happened right after he came back from the mosque on a Friday. At least Christians play good on Sunday. Coming from church actually means something to them. Also know lots of Muslims who became Christian and had to go through deliverance as they had demon possession. I really enjoyed this discussion. Both sides were respectful and listened to each other. ❤ As a Christian myself, I'm so proud of the Christian women on the panel: calm, attentive, graceful. The reason, I reflect on their demeanor as some Christians unfortunately, can be a bit off putting trying to get their point across. Great job ladies! Let's keep such discussions going. 😊
The former Christians seem to be reasoning from a point of trauma, which is very sad. Many people drift from Christianity because of the church and its traditions but it's important to remember that Christianity is about Christ. People are not perfect, the church is not perfect but throwing the baby (Christ) with the bath water (the church) is very problematic. It is crucial to see Christ through one's personal lens as not everyone who claims Christ will be Christ-like. A personal relationship with Christ is important, not necessarily relying on what people describe Christ to be. Read the bible for yourself.
That's a gaslight. the people are Christ's hands and feet on this earth. Relying on the Bible is imperfect because you can interpret the wrong things from it. Hearing from the holy Spirit is imperfect as well. You can literally be making anything up. None of Christianity practice is perfect.
I appreciate your comment and somehow it helps further elucidate my truth. I have not found Jesus - and there is trauma from trying trying trying and not finding not finding Jesus and thus perhaps not able to receive his love. Thus further solidifies that I need to take a break - particularly from the Church externals part.
1. God and Christ are not the same. Just because they don’t worship Christ does not mean they don’t have a relationship with God. 2. Please don’t confuse their trauma with them leaving Christianity. Many people run to Christianity and other religions to manage trauma in attempts to find God. #blacktherapist

It's like being an addict and getting clean, you no longer want to hang around the people you once got high with you want to be around like minded people. It amazes me that any African who became the victim of The Doctrine of Discovery issued by Pope Alexander VI in 1493 believes that the Church would provide them with a source of power to free themselves from the yoke of bondage which the church authorized. The church is literally responsible and created the scenario in which our ancestors were trafficked across the Atlantic Ocean in chains. Furthermore, Christianity was influenced heavily by Platonic philosophy and borrows from a plethora of pagan sources including Homer’s Odyssey, the Instruction of Amenemope, the Epic of Gilgamesh and others. The women believe because they are conditioned to do so and not because they weighed the evidence to verify the truth claims of the authorized propaganda for social control.

Atleast in Islam we take accountability for our sins
praise God 😊❤❤
( remember God made Adam and eve in His own image ,no angel has been made in His very own image so ,,Human or adam was suppose to be one of the most powerful in the ranking of authority in the kingdom of God and Satan knew it . )
Now , Satan was already in desire of power and rebellious against God when he tempted eve and adam to eat forbidden fruit .Why Satan did that?
He would legally get the power and authority that was to be handed by God to Adam and his children. why? Bible says ,whoever you obey or yeild to ,you are his slave( just paraphrasing ) so bcz Adam didnt obey God but Satan now Adam became slave to whom ? Satan!! Now , Satan legally but deceivingly took that power from Adam successfully.
Satan was already one of the most powerful angel in ranking ,now in addition to that, He got the ranking of Adam ,i hope u r getting it .
Also, Adam or human now became dirty with sin, slave to Satan, God was no longer His master( lawfully)
Now, Jesus took human form to correct all these things in a legal way. Lawfully.
Blood indicates smthg profound in the realm of spirit or kingdom of heaven .Life.
When Jesus died,
1.He cleansed us from the sins,
2.We got our authority back legally and lawfully through Jesus . We now have authority over the satan and his demons. We can now replace them from their position in the realm of the spirit.
3. We are no longer slave to satan and sin
4. We couldnt come to Lord and His presence without blood of Jesus, cus we were dirty, now, we can come boldly in His presence
5. We are now seated in the heavenly places.
6. We are now the Sons of God. ,no longer the children of serpent.
7. Devil cannot accuse us anymore for our sins and held us accountable .
8. Blood of Jesus now set us free .
It was needed for God to come as human ,as a second adam and to fix everything that first adam messed up ,

there are literal factual inaccuracies in the bible (10:50) , stay pressed while you continue to gaslight on the fact that the book y'all believe in is special and wasn't written by barbaric men of a time where they treated women like slaves not to mention the literal slaves lmfao
Don’t be so judgmental.
@amari117 idk much about that example u gave so I cannot argue against the points you've made there

That's very rare for a Christian...many believe that they are called to convert and save souls

"The world doesn't give you your identity, so they can't take it away from you." ❤
Love that!
True. That true born again encounter.

The spirit of offense was alive and irritated from some of the former Christians, during this discussion.
I also heard them say they were raised in the church. Being raised in a faith doesn't mean you've surrendered or given your life to Christ, and have a personal relationship with Him and opened your heart with trust.
I pray the Lord draws them near and the Holy Spirit reveals the truth to them during their search for "spirituality."
The enemy is crafty in twisting truth, and I believe the hirt/pain they've some of the ladies experienced have hardened their hearts. I hope they find the Lord in the midst of their quest for freedom.
The spirit of offense was with them because of hurt.
I believe what they described in their experience with church and so-called religion is akin to cultural Christianity. They should have been labeled as ex-churchgoers. What they are is children of disobedience. Pray the Lord removes the scales from their eyes and replaces their hearts of stone with a heart of flesh.
@@Himmiefaneveryone is hurt though
Wrong I was at peace . Only the one chic looked angry lol

Be kind.

@@huffizenough1296 Christians believe that God is Christ. It's in the Bible. Google it. A lot of scholars in this field say the same. I'm not religious at all though. I'm agnostic.
