    Unresolved trauma definitely manifests in the body as pain and disease.
    A Long time meditation practice, therapeutic use of psychedelics, and the use of 12 step recovery tools have freed my physical body from various chronic conditions. Literally lifetime conditions and I’m 52. Mostly chronic pain(s) ❤
    The body definitely keep score of what occurs in the mind
