How to open a Dove body wash bottle from costco

As you will soon see in my video. It is virtually impossible to open. I looked at many videos online. And they don't work and I see many videos online of people begging to know how to open these bottles. You'll see in my video that just on a fluke. I got one of them to open... the other one, absolutely will not open. And this goes on Dove completely. That bottle absolutely will not open the first one I think was just a fluke. My opinion.. a terrible terrible design.
