I actually saw a TH-camr/doordasher on a live just the other day, bragging about how he was deactivated and how it was no big deal because he just uses a family members account.
One thing for starters that can help is that anyone that moves to the US would have to meet certain criteria before they can have a license like being here legally for example. If they’re undocumented or illegal, no license until they fix that.
UberEATS should 100% close those illegal accounts NOW!!!!!

I've been delivering on a motorcycle since 2018, and there were only very few of us. And now these newbies on scooters and motorcycles are giving us a bad rep.
And selling fake accounts and using illegals to pay them 50% and the owner of the scam gets the other 50%. That’s why all food orders are taken because sick account illegals have two or 3 phones to get all the orders.
I wouldn't order any food from doordash. I wouldn't know if my food was played with or contaminated. Thats sad but DD has gone straight to hell !!

There a probably a bunch of undocumented drivers, but the majority of new drivers are the new immigrants coming from Central and South America, with asylum visas and work permits. Those new drivers rush to get DL in Spanish and don't speak much English or knowledge of road laws, well known by seasoned American drivers, who have been driving for up to ten years. In my region, I used to make $12 minimum pay for delivery with Roadie Co. now they pay as low as $6 per delivery, same with lyft scheduled rides, they used to pay $12 minimum driver pay, then they went as low as $3 or 4 dollars per trip and I stopped doing it.
They're not "undocumented": they're illegal aliens. Though I guess it shouldn't matter to me, because they're taking YOUR money, not mine.
In West Central Georgia they fly up and down the roads in rental cars like they think they are on an emergency run. Had one almost side swipe me today.
I couldn't tell you how many times while waiting in a restaurant, a person walks in and shows there phone because they don't speak English. Whether legal or not.

If they dont have licenses, how are they driving and not getting pulled over? Start having door dash drivers show ID when picking up orders. If they dont have a ID then they cant pick up the order.
That’s not what it is the app that wants you to drive far for nothing then tell you to be on time without giving you enough time so the drivers speed especially when DoorDash gives you half a hour schedule so your speeding some times the app glitch tell you to be somewhere in 10 minutes that’s 20 minutes away DoorDash and Uber takes advantage of there drivers
