They really did! It's strange but a lot of the times the Dic music fit the mood and overall feel of the show better than even the original Japanese score did like whenever the girls transform or there's a battle. And I can't help but laugh every time I hear Melvin/Umino's theme! Takanori Arisawa's music had it's appropriate feels too and touched me like in Sailor Moon S the movie with the interaction between Luna and Kakeru.
Not just the music, the voices are excellent. The acting is so amazing, it sounds very natural. Unlike the new viz dub where they're all trying so hard to sound like the Japanese voices, it comes off as annoying and high pitched
@@nickmtl2570 it's definitely one of the better dubs out there. I personally don't like when dubs make changes and cuts but I understand why they did it. People shouldn't hate on it for those reasons

0:20-0:48 I loved Tuxedo Mask's theme. That guitar. That trumpet. Those castanets. Whenever I heard those I knew he would show up. I personally think this theme is better than the Japanese version of his theme. All of these tracks bring back memories of my childhood. Heart melted.

I just love that DiC clearly took inspiration from Tuxedo Mask’s Japanese theme (the obvious Spanish flavoring) but made it their own
