@Sunshinemano627 you can accept every load. Be on time. Never go home and still be in the red here. If they send you one load a week. Or don't send you something to round out the week by Wednesday cut off. It can put you in the negative. They have 9000 drivers. I haven't got a pay check in two weeks and do everything they expect from me.. this young lady here knows how to manage her money. I do as well but it's hard when you can't pick and choose your loads. Even if it isn't forced dispatch..

Jasmine when you are waiting for a load to be ready and your taking your break on the shippers property and they ask you if you are taking a break there don't ever tell them yes
That place in wellston is picky. They have plenty of room but as soon as you say u are taking a break, they dont like that. They assume u are taking a whole 10hr. I just tell them its a split or im on duty waiting. Or like she did theres a station with parking avross the st

Load paid $2204 b4 your cut but prime is also their own broker so it paid way better than that, probably more like $3000-3500, the broker takes their cut and passes the rest to prime then pri e takes their 28% and passes it to us, we ain't complaining tho, my wife and I make bank, we turned our lease truck in and bought one from Pedigree, 2022 Pete with 253k miles and our payments went from $1265/wk to $809/week, paid off in 2 years!

What percentage of the load do you get paid for being a lease operator for prime Inc, here at decker truck line lease operators get 73 percent of the cost of hauling a load
$1500 for 500 miles isn’t bad at all. I’d only get $1050 at my company for that load being lease purchase…

Prime cuts off the top then gives u 72% and u still make trash with them. I was with another outfit that hauled prime freight and we got 87% and after several weeks of making less than 1000 a week i said fuck that shit

@Dee4real correct what you siad is correct if you are a company driver, but that is not the case with lease operators. The worst loads are from Florida which pays you a dollar but most loads from other states pay $1.80 and up , plus detention
