I've never shot my friendship shot, currently in my self-isolation era but once that's done I'm definitely gonna go for it. Rejection is nothing to be afraid of when you realise that people's cumulative life experiences inform their perceptions and/or assumptions of you and ultimately their decision to reject you. It has nothing to do with you, and takes away nothing from who you are.

I get you when it comes to the friendship shot cause someone might be not reject you because of the fear of coming across as a mean person and it could ruin the social media friendship dynamic you had now, things are just strange but it then again shooting your shot could be what stands between you and a beautiful friendship so hey 👀😭

I believe in shooting your shot hey. We are so sacred of rejection and we project so much of our thoughts unto others and it's not healthy.
In fear of rejection we also end up isolating ourselves and being closed off.
Great sense of community is important and I believe that shooting your shot comes from a place of vulnerability and there is so much strength in knowing that I can afford love to flow through me to share it with those I love or would love to get to know.
